Message from the President

Adrian Parker, MHSA, FACHE 2018 SFHEF President

Thank You for the privilege and honor to serve as your 2018 South Florida Healthcare Executive Forum (SFHEF) president. South Florida remains one of the most dynamic markets in the country where organizations range from proprietary to governmental and not-for-profit providers coexisting in the same market. SFHEF, an affiliate of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), remains committed to improving healthcare delivery in this community with opportunities for professional development, continuing education, and networking. In 2018, our focus will be to educate, engage, and inspire YOU, our membership, highlighting a variety of relevant healthcare topics important to the South Florida community. As members, we commit to high ethical conduct, recognize lifelong learning, lead through example, and advocate inclusion for those with whom we work and communities for which we serve. As the healthcare landscape continues to rapidly evolve, your SFHEF board members remain forward-thinking with addressing the professional development and continuing education needs of its leaders who span across all facets of the healthcare community in South Florida. As a board, we thank you for your continued support and do not take your membership for granted. Dianne Goldenberg, RN

MEMBER SPOTLIGHT - Let's Connect

Dianne Goldenberg, RN is the Chief Executive Officer of Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center.

She assumed that position in June, 2017. As CEO, Goldenberg is responsible for all hospital

operations, executive planning and medical services of the 199-bed acute care hospital. Before her

current assignment, Goldenberg had been CEO of HCA Corp.’s Aventura Hospital & Medical Center

since late 2012 and before that was the CEO of Northwest Medical Center. She’s been in the health

care field for over 35 years. Her experience throughout her career has been widely focused on new

program development and growth, and she has been recognized for achievements in quality and

service. Prior to shifting to operations, Goldenberg utilized her expansive clinical background as a

chief nursing officer. She was responsible for overseeing Joint Commission surveys and

implementing programs to raise satisfactions scores. Goldenberg earned her bachelor’s of science

degree in nursing from Texas Women’s University. She obtained her master’s in nursing from Barry

University, before earning her MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
