Roundup Ready 2 Xtend soybeans are built on Roundup Ready 2 Yield ® technology, which has been shown to produce more beans per pod and more bushels per acre vs. original Roundup Ready ® soybeans. Combining the high yield potential of Roundup Ready 2 Xtend soybeans with a built-in tolerance to both glyphosate and dicamba gives your crop a head-start against kochia 1 and other tough grass and broadleaf weeds. XtendiMax® and Roundup Xtend®, both with VaporGrip® Technology, are two chemistry options to help you enhance your yield potential:
1. Roundup Xtend herbicide with VaporGrip Technology (Group 4 and 9): is a pre-mix of our low-volatility dicamba formulation with Roundup®, for ease of use.
2. XtendiMax herbicide with VaporGrip Technology (Group 4): is a low-volatility dicamba formulation, which can be tank mixed with a Roundup-branded product.
For both these options listed above, applying the highest rate in the first herbicide pass provides short-term residual activity on small-seeded broadleaf weeds, including lamb’s quarters, redroot pigweed and common ragweed, while helping to manage herbicide resistance concerns.
