VAFThe NEW (patented) J-Configuration is designed to stack individual spiral conveyors easily. It is the first and ONLY solution in the market to stack spiral conveyors without the need for costly connecting loops and structures that enlarge the footprint.
Spiral conveyors are known to elevate overmultiple windings with one belt returning straightdown to the lower end. This return requires astraight section on the upper end of the spiral toreach out of the spiral circle.
Because of the straight section spiral conveyorscannot be stacked in one line but need loops or anoffset stack. Such solutions interrupt the continuousflow, add cost and consume space.
The J-Configuration is unique as it does NOT requiresuch straight segment and by that, it is easilystackable. The upper end of the lower spiral can beconnected to the lower end of the upper spiral inone ongoing helical flow.
