Dieses GroBgerát ist f r die Gewinnung vonAnraum, Kohle, Erzen und anderen Erdstoffen im Tagebau bestimmt.Der Schauíelradbagger KU 300 verfáhrt auf drei autonomen Raupeníahrwerken, das mittlere lenkbare Fahrwerk gestattet die Kurvenfahrtdes Baggers. Es ist mit der Sttitze der Kolbenstange im Hydraulikzylinder des Unterwagens gelenkig verbunden. Dieser Zylinder funktioniertals automatischer Ausgleich der Senkrechtachse des Baggers bei der Fahrbewegung sowie beim Arbeitseinsatz an Abhángen in Richtungdes verfahrens,Zwischen den Heckfahrwerken ist auf der Konstruktion des Unterwagens die Kabeltrommel mit Ableitung fúr die Legung des SpeisekabelsauBerhalb der Verfahrtrasse des Baggers aufgelagert" Die Auf- und Abwicklungsgeschwindigkeit wird automatisch geregelt.Auf dem Unterwagen befindet sich die Kugeldrehverbindung fiir die Auflagerung des schwenkbaren Oberbaus sowie die Schiene fiir die An-schwenkung des Verladeauslegers. Die gewonnenen Erdstoffe werden aus dem Schaufe|rad mit Hilfe der Austragstrommel auf den Gurtbandfórderbr desBaggers bis zur Austragsschurre des Verladeauslegers verbracht. Beim Antrieb des Schaufelrads kónnen durch den Ráderwechsel im Ge-triebe drei verschiedene Geschwindigkeiten gewáhlt werden.ln der Kgnstruktion des Gegenauslegers sind Hochspannungs- und Niederspannungs-Schaltanlagen, mechanische Werkstatt, Elektrowerk-statt, Waschraum und Umkleideráume untergebracht. Auí seiner oberen Fláche befindet sich die bewegliche Gegenlast zum automatischenAusgleichen der Stabilitát des GroBgeráts in Abhángigkeit von der Lánge des Vorschubs des Schaufelradauslegers.Der Bagger KU 300 wird mit einer Austragsschurre fíjr den Abtransport (Sch ttung) des gewonnenen Erdstoffes ausgeriistet, entweder fiirden Schienentransport oder die Bandanlage des TagebausFiir die Montage- und Reparaturarbeiten auf dem Schaufelradbagger sind Elektroztige bestimmt, die auf der Konstruktion der Gegenlast undauf dem Halteausleger installiert sind.

. Die Speisung des Schauíelradbaggers erfolgt mittels der Elektroenergie mit Spannung von 6 kV, 50 Hz, die ftir den Antrieb des Schaufelradsund den Leonard-Satz bestimmt ist. Fiir andere Antriebe, Beleuchtung und andere Zwecke wird die spannungsiibersetzte Elektroenergie von500 V, 220 V und 24 V verwendet.Die betriebsmáBige Sicherheit des Schaufelradbaggers wird durch Endschalter, Steuer-, Regelungs- und Sicherungseinrichtungen gewáhr-leistet.Der Schaufelradbagger wird von der klimatisierten Baggerfiihrer-Kabine aus gesteuert, die auf dem Steuerausleger aufgestellt ist. Eine an-dere Kabine befindet sich an der Austragsschurre des Verladeauslegers. Von hier aus werden notwendige Handhabungen des Verladeausle-gers unter Mitwirkung der AnschluB-Bandanlage des Tagebaus vorgenommen.

Die Bedienung umfaBt den Baggerfiihrer, seinen Helfer, den Klappenftihrer am Ende des Verladeauslegers und mindestens zwei weitere Per-sonen ftjr laufende Kontrolle und Wartung.
