Temple of Zeus in Olympia and worship.
Uniqueness This statue was unique because it was the
largest statue of the god Zeus ever created. The statue took 8 years to build. The statue was built out of gold and ivory
and was decorated with Ebony wood, precious stones, and other precious minerals.
Ancient Foresight There statues in use today. The statue was one of the Seven Wonders
of the Ancient World until its destruction in 50A.D.
