•BaylorLawBootCampsThe Business Law Boot Camp is an intensive, week-long course taught by experienced practicing transactional attorneys. The Criminal Law Boot Camp is an immersive, three-day course taught by distinguished prosecutors, defense lawyers, and judges.

•HundredsVisitBaylorLawforthe“People’sLawSchool”Established in 2005, Baylor Law’s People’s Law School is a free half-day event designed to educate members of the community about their legal rights. This year, a total of 19 hour-long courses were available.

•BaylorLawHostsFirstNaturalizationClinicBaylor Law students, along with volunteer attorneys and interpreters, assisted more than two dozen permanent residents with completing their U.S. naturalization applications.

•BaylorLawCelebrates1,000VeteransServedSince 2012, Baylor Law has worked to close the access-to-justice gap among those who have served our nation. On Veterans Day in 2018, Baylor Law announced it has assisted over 1,000 veterans and their spouses through free, monthly Veterans Clinics.

•AdoptionDay,“I’llBeHomeforChristmas”Baylor Law’s Adoption Day has always been a beacon of light in the community. In 2018, 30 children were adopted in a celebration themed “I’ll Be Home for Christmas,” bringing the total number of children adopted during Baylor Law’s annual Adoption Day celebration to 285.
