• SWO ACs more important than ever– Need experience to manage big programs (LCS/DDG-1000/CG-X)
• Develop ACs earlier through education/experience tours
• Will begin picking ACs at CDR Command Boards– 1st AC experience tour immediately after selection– Mainstream Acquisition tour after CDR CMD
