The bio1953- Sico Colon, Honduras. Joseph Joaquin Cano was born. Living in rough conditions

until 1972, at age 19, Joseph took the opportunity to enter into the United States. He became a citizen of the US in 1989 and attended trade school. In 2005, Joseph was asked to assist his brother Carlos, with his new show. As a result, Joseph acted in 90% of the filmed episodes in various comedy segments. A professionally now known Joseph Mencia was introduced in the entertainment industry. Joseph has done 2 national comedy road tours with the crew of “MIND OF MENCIA”, and gained a significant fan base. Recently, Joseph landed a roll in an upcoming Hollywood movie, “FAMILY WEDDING”. The movie stars, America Ferrara, Forest Whitaker, and Charlie Murphy. It is set to be released in 2010. Joseph’s performing ability allows him for future casting in television and radio commercials, special guest star appearances on talk shows and sitcoms. Joseph continues to pursue a career in acting due to his enjoyment in the industry and fan response he receives.
