James W. TaylorJim is a Senior Vice President–Investments with UBS in downtownBoston, which he and his team joined in 2009. He first founded The TaylorGroup, a seven-person corporateservices and private wealthmanagement consortium, while atSmith Barney in 1993. The teamsuccessfully delivers sophisticated,holistic strategies to affluent families in addition to managing a robust stock plan and corporate retirementservices practice.

Jim works extensively with corporateofficers and directors regarding theirwealth management needs, includingliquidity and diversification strategies for concentrated equity positions. Healso consults on corporate equitybenefit programs including thedevelopment and implementation of employee stock option, stockpurchase and restricted stock programs.

Jim was recently recognized by Barron’s

magazine as one of the top FinancialAdvisors in the United States. He is amember of several industry-relatedorganizations including the NationalAssociation of Stock Plan Professionals(NASPP), the Global Equity Organization(GEO) and the Association ofProfessional Investment Consultants(APIC). Jim is a graduate of BabsonCollege in Wellesley, Massachusetts,with a bachelor of science degree infinance and investments and serves as an active member of the College’sBoard of Trustees. He spends timeoutside his profession volunteering for a number of local charities that focus on pediatric oncology research and care. Jim, his wife, Sara, and their twochildren live in a seaside communitysouth of Boston.

Aaron NardozzaAaron began his career in financialservices in 1998 while working forSmith Barney in New York City. In 2001,he took a position with ING Group inLos Angeles as a consultant within theiradvisory services division. In 2004,Aaron rejoined Smith Barney as a full-service Financial Advisor in the Syracuse,New York, office and subsequentlyjoined The Taylor Group as a wealthmanagement advisor in Boston in 2008.He has developed a true expertise inproviding financial planning advice toaffluent families. Additionally, Aaronassists in the acquisition and service ofthe team’s corporate and institutionalclients.

He received his bachelor of arts degreefrom Syracuse University in psychologywith a minor in economics.

Robert J. Mosesian, Jr.Robert is an Account Vice President for UBS Financial Services Inc. He began hiscareer at Tucker Anthony before joiningSmith Barney as a Financial Advisor inSeptember of 2000. Robert joined TheTaylor Group in 2005 where he hasgrown his wealth management practicethrough serving the financial needs ofcorporate executives and their families.

In order to achieve his clients’ goals,Robert’s focus is on developing fullyintegrated and sophisticated investmentstrategies. Most of his clients havemultiple aspects to their financiallandscape, and much of his workcenters around incorporating these various pieces into one all-encompassing comprehensive plan.

Robert graduated from Boston Collegewith a B.A. degree in finance. Hecontinues to live in the Boston area and enjoys golfing, running, yoga andthe beach.

Kirsten IsmailKirsten is a Vice President–Investmentsand Financial Advisor with The TaylorGroup at UBS Financial Services Inc. She began her career in the financialservices industry in 1995 with MerrillLynch before joining The Taylor Groupat Smith Barney in 1997.

Kirsten works primarily with corporateexecutives, business owners and theirfamilies to develop, implement andmonitor a comprehensive and flexiblefinancial plan that can be adapted totoday’s ever-changing economic andmarket environment. She is known forher attention to detail and ability tolisten carefully to her clients’ needs. It is Kirsten’s belief that relationships do not merely exist but are created and cultivated through hard work andgood communication, and she pledgesa lifelong dedication to helping herclients realize their financial goals.

Kirsten is a cum laude graduate of the University of Maine in Orono. Sheregularly attends educational workshopsand seminars geared toward wealthmanagement and planning. Kirstenmaintains life insurance and variableannuity licenses in many states acrossthe country. She is happily married toher high school sweetheart, Scott, and loves spending time with their youngdaughter, Samantha, and their blackLabrador Retriever, Ranger. In her sparetime, Kirsten enjoys reading, travelingand any activity that keeps herphysically fit.

Mark Paone, CRPS®

Mark is a Vice President–Investments forUBS Financial Services Inc. He has over17 years of experience in the financialservices industry, with over 15 years ofspecialized service within the retirementplan industry. Mark has worked forfinancial services organizations such as MFS Retirement Services, CitistreetRetirement Services and Smith Barney.

As a practice leader within The Taylor Group at UBS, Mark isresponsible for providing investmentadvisory, education and planningservices to his retirement plan clientsand their employees. In recognition of his experience and expertise in the subject matter of ERISA, Mark hasbeen appointed a DCA Advisor, therebygranting him authority to act in afiduciary capacity for his ERISA clients.

Mark graduated with a B.A. degree in economics from Bates College andearned the Chartered Retirement PlanSpecialist (CRPS®) designation from theCollege for Financial Planning. He is anactive member of the American Societyof Pension Professionals and Actuaries(ASPPA). Mark is FINRA Series 6, 7, 31, 63 and 65 licensed in all 50 states. Healso maintains his life insurance andvariable annuity licenses in the states of Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Hampshire. Mark resides in asuburb north of Boston.

David CavicchioDavid is the main contact for all clients’service requests and administrativeneeds. With 15 years of experience, his organization and efficiency skillslend themselves to a superior serviceexperience for the individuals andfamilies the Group works closely with.David has a reputation for beingdependable and is quick to identifysolutions for any requests clientspresent.

He has a B.A. degree in psychologyfrom Merrimack College. Davidcurrently resides with his wife, Rachel,in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts.

Jesse BishopJesse joined the team in 2005 and has served many roles during his time.He continues to serve as the teams’ultimate utility man providing assistancefor clients and working closely with the advisors in servicing clients’ needs.His analytical nature is well suited toidentifying solutions for complex serviceissues. His ability to assist clients inunderstanding their needs from aservice and planning perspective iscritical to the advisory relationship theGroup has with the individuals andfamilies they work with.

He has a bachelor of science degree in business administration from theUniversity of Vermont.
