Expand our marketing and advertising in New Jersey and New York.Mission StatementThere are times when you do not want to have a heavy meal. Sometimes you just want to relax in a gathering with your family and friends and talk over a good meal. Our mission is to provide a fortress of solitude for those who prefer quality over quantity.Our vision is to become the best high-tea restaurant in the twin cities gaining the respect and love of the customers, employees, suppliers and the community we live in.Keys to SuccessThe keys to the success of our business are: The creation of a unique, innovative, entertaining, mid-scale atmosphere that will differentiate us from the competition. Execution of our primary goal to serve nothing but the highest quality food at unbelievably low prices in a clean, fun environment. We must deliver on this pledge 100% of the time, without exception. Controlling costs at all times, in all areas because without being cost-effective, no business can survive. Hiring the best people available, training, motivatingand encouraging them, and thereby retaining the friendliest, most efficient staff possible.Description of BusinessThe Tea Room will feature an outstanding traditional Pakistani cuisine menu with a touch of Asian influence in an upscale and modern atmosphere bundled with a Live Counter. The menu is inspired from different cuisine's specialties and will appeal to a wide and varied clientele. The Live counter will have a different agenda everyday ranging from Mexican to Italian to even Japanese food.

The restaurant will be open 7 days a week and 11 hours day starting from 11:00am to 10:00pm. The timings will be feasible for everyone as starting any earlier than this might not be profitable as the working class and the student community might not visit as early. Therefore, this timing is very much suitable.

The seating arrangement of the restaurant will focus primarily on comfort. State-of-the-art crockery and furnishings will be a guaranteed pleaser for all those lay eyes upon them.

Company Ownership/Legal EntityThe restaurant will be a partnership business between two parties.

InteriorThe interior will be of contemporary style as the target market will basically consist of upper middle and middle class people. Crockery, furnishing and utensils will all be of import quality. Keeping in mind the modern setting, following are some illustrations of what we want to achieve.

Products and ServicesThe Tea Room will be unique to the twin cities. International creative food and a style of service that will make everybody feel welcome and special. Our food products will be of the finest quality prepared with sensitivity and care. It will be a buffet style restaurant offering foods of different kinds accompanied with desserts and juices of the world.

The kitchen staff will have the best in culinary education and experience. The lounge and restaurant staff will offer the finest service and offer customers a successful evening.

Our menu will consist of Pakistani, Continental and Oriental cuisines prepared with magnificence of the highest standards.

Tropical juices from around the globe to enlighten the mind and body.
