“ I am delighted to introduce you to “The Team that built St Vincent Plaza,” a series of striking portraits of the people who helped to make our building a reality. All of the images, including the detail shots from throughout the building, are by Glasgow photographer Iain McLean. Together they form the exhibition we have curated to celebrate the launch of St Vincent Plaza. I would like to thank all the men and women who have worked tirelessly to create our first development in Glasgow, set to become an iconic addition to the heart of the City centre.”

“ The idea behind the photography was to show a variety of trades and occupations involved in building St Vincent Plaza and produce an archive of faces and details to personalise the building. Some of the lighting and poses were based on fashion photography from the 1940s and ‘50s, and the four large 'Abstract' prints are inspired by work from German/American photographer Horst P Horst.” Iain McLean Photographer
