` Background of study

` The students in kindergarten have differentcharacteristics that distinguish them from

 junior and senior high school. Henceforth,they need different treatment.

students learn language better at young age. However,there are number of explanation a better result when it

 begins earlier as follows:

Children have more opportunities than adults

Childrens brain is more adaptable before puberty thanafter 

Children have fewer negative attitude to foreign

language, thus they are better motivated

Children are learning all the time without having theworries and responsibilities of adults.

` technique` According to Anthony (1972:6) a technique is an

implementation which actually takes place inclassroom.

` Teaching` According to Howard (1968:8), Teaching is an

activity that tries to help someone to acquire,change or develop skill, attitudes, ideals,appreciation, and knowledge. In this sense, ateacher is a good motivator for the students.

` Vocabulary` According to Glorier (1989:371), the stock of 

words is used by a group of people or by aparticular person. It also refers to the entireaccumulation of words in a language.
