Clotho

Greek for “Spinner”. The fate responsible for “spinning the

thread of human life”. Decided who, when, and where a person

was born. Decided when gods or mortals were to be

saved or put to death. Clotho’s thread represented human life,

and her decisions created the fate of all men in society.
