F. The 6th
trumpet
(Rev 9:13-21) And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God,
Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates. And the
four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men. And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them. And thus
I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone. By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the
smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths. For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do
hurt. And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they
should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk: Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their
sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.
1. The Powers of the Demons
(Rev 9:13) And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from
the four horns of the golden altar which is before God,
(Rev 9:14) Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the
four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.
(Rev 9:15) And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an
hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.
NOTES
These fallen angels were bound for a set time.
They have a great hatred for mankind and want to kill them before they repent
They obviously have great power and rank.
The question then arises. WHO ARE THEY?
(Dan 10:12-13) Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for
from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand,
and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words. But the
prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael,
one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I
remained there with the kings of Persia.

2
(Dan 7:4) The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the
feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it.
(Dan 7:5) And behold another beast, a second,
like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs
in the mouth of it between the
teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much
flesh.
(Dan 7:6) After this I beheld,
and lo another, like a leopard,
which had upon the back of it
four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads; and
dominion was given to it.
(Dan 7:7) After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong
exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were
before it; and it had ten horns.

(Rev 13:1-2) And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten

name of blasphemy.And the beast which I saw was
like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and
his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his
power, and his seat, and great authority.

There is a 6.8 billion people on this planet right now. With an estimated projection of 6.9 billion in 2011(we will round up to 7 billion)
Lets say the rapture takes out ½ a billion people to meet the Lord
Lets estimate a 100 million dying during the rapture (cars crashes, airplanes, slow medical etc.)
That gives you a total of 6.4 billion people at the start of the tribulation.

Estimate another 100 million lost in the battle of Gog and Magog (beginning of trib.)
Estimate 2 billion lost in hunger, killings and disease.

1/3 of the 3.3 billion is going to die from these demons (over 1 billion people)

4. The Plethora of the Demons

There is 2 possibilities that one can conclude in these scripture.
The physical view and a spiritual view
THE PHYSICAL VIEW
(Rev 16:12) And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the
great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east
might be prepared.
NOTES
China's standing armed force of some 2.8 million active soldiers in uniform is the largest military force in the world. Approximately 1 million reservists and some 15 million militia back them up. With a population of over 1.2 billion people, China also has a potential manpower base of another 200 million males fit for military service available at any time.

on this planet (75 million)

THE SPIRITUAL
VIEW

NOTES
Aremarkable sight appeared in 1974, near the ancient capital of Xi'an. Some farmers happened to dig up what turned out to be a large-scale pit with terracotta soldiers and horses, belonging to the Emperor Qin Shi Huang, or the Founding Emperor of the Qin. After 2,200 years, the Emperor's tremendous army stood as though living again before people's eyes.

Notice that those that sit on the horses (NOT the horses) have breastplates of fire, jacinth, and brimstone.
5. The People left after the Demons
(Rev 9:20) And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet
repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship
devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither
can see, nor hear, nor walk:
(Rev 9:21) Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor
of their fornication, nor of their thefts.
NOTES
Remember that there is 2.3 billion people left at his point.
They have seen:1. Hail the size of basketballs 2. Meteors and Asteroids hit the
planet3. 1/3 of the trees gone and all
grass 4. Water supplies ruined 5. 1/3 of the fish dead and 1/3 blood
in the water6. Demonized Locust biting people 7. 200 million fiery Demons killing
people.
Yet they still DON’T REPENT
(Rom 2:4) Or despisest thou the riches of his
goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not
knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to
repentance?
NOTES
They would not repent of their sins against God.

(1Co 6:9-11) Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the
kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor
adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,
Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor
extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you:
but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the
Spirit of our God.
