On the Job Training

CEO- Our CEO sits on the Unitech Group board and is instrumental in making key decisions based on board recommendations. The CEO

holds monthly “1 on 1” meeting with the 4 key individuals within the organization.

President- The President is directly involved with

operations. The President reports to the CEO on an

as needed basis.

CFO- Unitech’s CFO reports directly to the President and CEO of the Unitech Group.

Project Accountants- all projects are assigned a project accountant that assures timely payments

to vendors and contractors.

Vice President- Our VP is involved directly with Project Executives and the Managing Director

in the day to day operations

Managing Director- This key and instrumental individual is key in making the decisions

and deals with our partners in the developing countries. This person understands common

traditions and standards associated in dealing with

projects of complex magnitude.

Project Executive- This project Executive oversees all of the projects with the Project Managers. All project

decisions are made by our Project Executive that cannot be decided by

Project Managers

Sr. Project Executive- This Project Executive enforces the projects progress and assures that it remains on

track and within the project budget.

Sr. Project Manager- Our Sr. PM(AIA Architect) directs and manages more of the complex

projects within Unitech’s organization.

AIA Sr. Project Architect- All in house project architects are

involved throughout all of the conceptual design and build

services that Unitech performs. They are instrumental in assuring the design’s intent is initially met.

Structural Engineer- Our structural engineer assures that the design of the project along with the projects intent fit with Unitech technology.

experienced employee) serves as the course instructor, and teaches the principles of

Unitech’s state of the art Renewable Energy Panels

• A solar cell, or photovoltaic (PV) cell, is a device that converts light

into electric current using the photoelectric effect. Currently, there are

14 types of photovoltaic cells, the most prevalent being thin

film, monocrystalline silicon, polycrystalline silicon and amorphous.

• Concentrating photovoltaics (CPVs) are a newer method for generating

electricity from the sun. CPV systems employ sunlight concentrated

onto photovoltaic surfaces for the purpose of electrical power

production. Solar concentrators of any variety may be used and these

are often mounted on a solar tracker in order to keep the focal point

upon the cell as the Sun moves across the sky.

• In conclusion, our photovoltaic technology uses the sun’s energy to

make electricity making it one of the most “ Green” and cost effective

solar panels on the market.
