Ingredients:

• Selection Candy Canes (300 g)

• Selection Marshmallows (250 g)

• Fruit Gummies (350 g)

• Candy-Coated Chocolate (250 g)

• Mini Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups (210 g)

• Green Decorating Icing (120 g)

Instructions:

1. Remove the wrapper from candy cane.

2. Poke three Selection Marshmallows onto the candy cane.

3. Cut fruit gummies into eye, nose, and mouth shapes, and press them into the marshmallow.

4. Fill a plastic resealable bag with ¼ cup icing. Squeeze the icing to one bottom corner of the bag and cut a small hole at the tip, turning it into a piping bag.

5. Add candy-coated chocolate onto the marshmallows as buttons, using the icing as glue

6. Top your marshmallow snowman with a mini chocolate peanut butter cup hat, using icing.

Ingredients:• 1 1/2 cups (375 mL)

Unsalted butter• 13 oz (375 g) Sugar• 2 Whole eggs

whites only• 1 tsp. (5 mL) Salt• 2/3 cup (170 mL) Milk• 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Vanilla• 5 cups (650 g) Flour• Food red and green

colouring to taste

Instructions: 1. Using a hand mixer, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs

and salt. Add milk and vanilla and mix thoroughly. Add flour gradually, beating until smooth.

2. Divide dough into 3 parts. Colour 2 parts, blending 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) of red colouring into one part and green into the other. The amount of food colouring can be adjusted slightly to make the desired shade.

3. Wrap each of the 3 balls of dough separately in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 1/2 hours.

4. On floured parchment paper, one sheet per ball, roll out the dough to 1/4 in. (1/2 cm) thick.

5. Brush rolled out dough with egg white.6. Layer the dough. Over the green dough, lay the plain dough, then the red dough.

Gently roll into a log. Wrap log in plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 1 hour.7. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).8. With a chef’s knife, slice the log into rounds 1/4 in. to 1/2 in. (1/2 cm to 1 cm) thick.

For easy slicing, rinse the blade with hot water and wipe dry.9. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place cookies on lined baking sheet and

bake until set but not browned, about 10 minutes.10. Leave 4 - 5 minutes on the sheet then transfer to a rack to cool completely.

4. Wrap the decorated paper around the succulent pot, and glue it together at the back.

5. Tuck some holiday adornments into the top of the plant as a finishing touch hat, using icing.
