The very hungry caterpillar

This is the story about the week of a small, hungry
caterpillar.
In the light of the moon a little egg lays on a leaf.
On Sunday morning a tiny and very hungry caterpillar comes out of the egg and he starts to look for some
food.
On Monday, he eats one red apple. But he is still hungry
I’m hungry!
On Tuesday, he eats two yellow pears. But he is still
hungry
I’m hungry!
On Wednesday, he eats three purple plums. But he
is still hungry
I’m hungry!
On Thursday, he eats four red strawberries. But he is
still hungry
I’m hungry!
On Friday, he eats five orange oranges. But he is
still hungry
I’m hungry!
On Saturday, he eats 1 chocolate cake, 1 ice-cream, cheese, 1 salami, 1
lollipop, 1 sausage, 1 muffin and 1 watermelon
That night he has a stomach-ache
Oh! My stomach!
On Sunday, he eats one green leaf and he feels
much better.
I’m not hungry!
He is a big fat caterpillar, now !
He builds a small house, called cocoon. He stays in the cocoon for two weeks.
