Update on MSMEC DiliaUpgrade ProjectThe project completes an upgrade of 32 miles of B-Phase Conductor transmission power line along State Road 84. The new line and facilities will provide reliable service in the southeastern area of our service territory. The conversion from B-Phase to 3 Phase has increased conduc-tor size from #4 Copper to 1/O ACS. New utility

poles with shorter spans have been installed the entire length of the project. Curently 95 percent of the work has been completed while lines are energized. The total cost of this project is $2,296,733.20. Rural Utility Service loan funds were used to fi nance completion of this project. MSMEC estimated the Gila Construction would complete the work by the end of October 2018 weather permitting.

Get active! Many fi nd it useful to go on a run or walk to clear their mind and reduce stress. Any type of exercise can reduce stress

as your brain releases chemicals such as endorphins and dopamine, which make you feel happier.Meditate. Meditating for just a few minutes a day can help ease stress and lower anxiety levels. According to Dr. Elizabeth Hoge, a psychiatrist and assistant professor at Harvard Medical School, simple mindful meditations, which focus on your breathing, have been shown to quell anxiety symptoms and control stress .
