In case transfer looses a blank or in case of minor anomalies, parts are automatically rejected and forwarded into the scraps container, without stopping the machine. Added to the batch breaking, this system is a formidable quality control instrument and a big advantage for the operator, who, while setting the machine, can easily drop all blanks from transfer simply touching an icon on the screen. In case of stainless steel production with controlled temperature induction coil pre-heating system, thanks to a special camera the machine automatically discards all blanks out of the temperature range, saving in this way the tooling. Avoiding continuous machine stops drastically increase the productivity”.
