• Office environment open 0630 to 2130hrs and being used Monday to Saturday
• Touchdown areas for visiting HCC staff being used on a regular basis
• Approximately 50% of staff now using Voicemail effectively on a regular basis with 34% retrieving messages when away from the office
• The first 20 Staff from Apsley have been set up and are using their own Broadband to access HCC systems from home locations
