Family Fall Festival We hope everyone will come out and join us at our Second Annual Family Fall Festival on Tuesday, November 10th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. General Admission wristbands are $5.00 per person or $20.00 for a Webster family (a Webster family includes: two adults plus children who attend The Webster School). General Admission includes bounce houses and all the fun activities.

Food, drinks, dunk booth, confetti eggs and pie in a teacher’s face will be an additional cost.

Dinner will be your choice of hamburger or hotdog, chips and a drink $3.00 kids & $5.00 adults

Thanksgiving Lunch for Grandparents We would like to invite grandparents to come and enjoy Thanksgiving Dinner with their grandchild on Thursday, November 19th. If you would like to attend please complete and return the attached RSVP form by Monday, November 9th. The RSVP is required. We want to ensure that we will have enough food for everyone who wishes to participate. Dinner will include: turkey & gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce, dinner roll, and apple crisp. The lunch schedule will be different the day of the luncheon. Please refer to your grandchild’s planner to see their lunch time on November 19th.

Webster’s Green Thumbs Kathy Ponce from The Family Nutrition Program is working with Mr. Diem and Ms. Dibella’s classes, as well as, our entire third grade to prepare our garden for this year’s crop. Students planted seeds and discussed germination. They measured arrays in garden beds and planted their seedlings in garden beds and in our hydroponic system. This year a new picnic bench has been added to the garden for an extra study area. Plans have also been made to add more fruit trees on campus and to build a wheelchair accessible raised garden bed. The Webster School gardeners would like to thank Farm to School and The Family Nutrition Program at UF/IFAS Extension and Southern Horticulture for their continued support and involvement in our garden project.

Box Tops for Education Did you know The Webster School receives ten cents for every Box Top you clip and send to school? The money we raise from Box Tops goes back to the students. This year our goal is to reach $2,500.00. All participating classes have an opportunity to earn money for books or an ice cream party. Classes who collect the most box tops will win a pizza party! When we reach 100% of our goal Mrs. Mitidieri will kiss a real pig! The next Box Top Collection ends on Friday, December 4th
