Theatre Audience Etiquette
Arrive On Time
Late arrivals disrupt the other audience members and may prevent you from being able to enter the theatre until a break in the
action.

Also, keep in mind that you won’t be able to
use the bathroom until intermission or the end
of the performance. Take your bathroom
break when you have the chance!

No Food
Food is often not allowed in the theatre. Wait until intermission to grab
a bite to eat.http://www.crazytownblog.com/crazytown/2013/02/theatre-etiquette/comments/page/4/
Disruptions
To avoid distracting other audience members or the performers themselves, make sure to turn off all of your mobile
devices or other noise-making technology.

Using a camera to take pictures or video is against copyright
laws and is therefore not allowed. It’s also very
distracting for your fellow audience members.
Talking or whispering during the show can be distracting and annoying to those around
you. But don’t be afraid to laugh if the performers make a joke!

Get Involved
The performance will be more fun if you show
your appreciation for the performers. Laugh at the jokes and applaud after each act—performers
love applause!

Sit back, relax, and enjoy the show!
