The Bombardino
Ingredients
Custard Eggs (8 yolks) Salt Sugar (8 tsp) Vanilla (1 tsp) Cinnamon (just a pinch) Nutmeg (just a pinch)
Drink Brandy (8 ounces) Whole milk (2 cups) Whipped cream Heavy whipping cream (2 cups) Sugar (2 tbsp) Mascarpone cheese (2 tbsp) Vanilla (1 tsp)
How to Prepare
In a mixer, put in heavy whipping cream, add in cheese, sugar and vanilla until soft peaks occur. Place whipped cream in refrigerator to set. Next, in a mixer add in 8 egg yolks, sugar and mix until creamy. Then, add in cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg and whip it again. In a pan, bring water to a boil and place mixing bowl with custard over the top and give it a whip. Add in a splash of brandy to custard. In a saucepan, add 8 shots of Brandy to whole milk until warm. Once warm, add milk to the custard and whisk. After a few minutes, remove from heat. Serve in a glass, add whipped cream on top, and garnish with cinnamon and enjoy!
