Key Personnel

Mamoon Dawood – General Manager

Mr. Dawood holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Systems Engineering with excellence degree and highest grade in the entire faculty. Upon graduating, he joined a local corporation, for which he launched his career path and started to invest his talent and knowledge with various topics in Communications Systems Engineering. He occupied positions in sales Networking Design, Pre-sales and Projects Administration.

Rami Al-Qassem - Training Manager

Mr. Al-Qassem is responsible for the overall training and development issues of the Advanced Technologies® (Ad-TECH).

Mr. Al-Qassem had a successful 6-years career; his experience includes marketing, managing, operating, executing the varsity training courses. Al-Qassem has also held senior position; he was responsible for the training’s sales strategy and operations. In this role, he has responsible for developing and executing sales, marketing, brand and channel strategies for all AD-TECH training services in the MENA and Gulf marketplace.

Derar Al Daoud – Technical Adviser

Mr. Al Daoud has experience in the IT networking field since 2000. He worked with different companies which were partners with Cisco, Juniper and 3Com. His experience includes Design and Consulting Services, installation and configuration of Computer Networks (Structured cabling, LAN and WAN solutions, security, VoIP, IP Telephony). Mr. Al Daoud is a Cisco Certified and holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Jordan.

Mohammad Saleh – Technical Manager

Mr. Saleh has experience in IT networking field since 1994. He started his professional career with local Jordanian company as part of the Network Pre-Sales Engineer team. After that, Mr. Saleh joined different international companies and hold duties in different areas as Network Engineering, Customer Support, Security, Design, and Implementation. Mr. Saleh has different certifications in CCNP, CCNA, FNCNE, etc.

Site PreparationSite preparation contains four main components: raised floor, UPSs, A/C, and fire fighting system.

Raised FloorA raised floor (also raised flooring) is a type of floor used in office buildings with a high requirement for servicing, such as IT data centers, to carry cables, wiring, electrical supply and sometimes air conditioning or chilled water pipes. Additional structural support and lighting are often provided when a floor is raised enough for a person to crawl or even walk beneath it.

Uninterruptible Power System An uninterruptible power supply (UPS), also known as an uninterruptible power source or a battery backup is a device which maintains a continuous supply of electrical power to the connected equipment by supplying power from a separate source when utility power is not available. There are two distinct types of UPS: off-line and line-interactive (also called on-line).

Air ConditionThe air condition is one of the important things must be available in any server room or Data Center facility, to keep the humidity and temperature of the room environment controlled, in server room must use a spinal kind of air condition that didn’t moister the air on that room.

Fire Fighting SystemThe last step of site preparation is the fire fight system or fire distinguisher and here we use foam fire fight system to keep the server room devices away from fire danger and/or water damage as well.
