2019-2020 Now Open in FACTS! by Diane Kepa, Bookkeeper
YOUR Deadline is June 1st. Going forward into next year ALL families (even our current families) must set up
a new payment plan. When you log into Parents Web and choose FACTS, under 2018-2019 you will see the
option to set up payment plan…THIS is for next year. No information has been saved so you will need to put in
your bank account information again. If you want to pay through the school office, choose “Invoice” op-
tion. There will be a fee of $20 for 1-2 payments or $50 for 3 or more payments, the same as this year. Every
family must go through this process before I can add charges to your account. No payments are required before
July 15, 2019. If you have any questions you can contact FACTS or call Diane Kepa. She may know the answer
or do her best to find out.
