because we’re using 1 litter of freshly squeezed orange juice. Squeezing the orange
juice (and another half there, one liter of freshly squeezed orange juice). This will
make enough punch for 4-5 people. Now into our bowl we will add our freshly

Look at that! Fresh squeezed oranges. OK 1 liter. How many liters?
Nit and Niyom: One liter

half cups of sugar. OK, there’s one cup and we need to add another half a cup. And
we just need to stir that.
Niyom: What will we use to stir?

CW6—Food Fusion
• Fusion food is in trend now. It is a mix between the East and the West.
• In your own group, create a culinary creation of fusion food for tonight’scompetition to be held at Mill’s House. Try to incorporate your experience from
the four bases. You don’t have to describe how to cook that food fusion if you
don’t want to. But try to do something “interesting” that will last for about 15 to
25 minutes.
• Give each member the following roles:
2 Presenters
3 Chefs
1 Photographer
2 Waiters/waitresses
1 Restaurant manager
