Then & Now (MLXchange to Fusion)

Throughout Fusion’s different Modules you will notice that Navigation and different options have been moved to the top of the screen verses being on the bottom of the screen. More eye level options now.

Home Screen Changes Message of the Day Location In MLXchange, the Message of the Day appeared under “Resources” on the right hand of the home screen. In Fusion, the Message of the Day is Located on the Right hand top of the Screen.

Fast Find

MLXchange Fast Find, you would click in the circle to search either by Address or by MLS#, in Fusion this has been replaced with Tabs and with a new option to search by Location.

Modify or Add new listings

In MLXchange, the “Modify or add new listings” link appeared on the left hand side of the Home Screen.

In Fusion it is now located up on the Menu Bar.  

Note: Edit Listings will bring listing up in Full Display with the Edit options on the left hand side of screen:

Contacts Gadget

No Changes, only enhancements have been made within Fusion.

Displaying more like an electronic rolodex. Clicking on the Alphabet letters will display all contacts starting

with that letter. Click on the Contacts name brings up the Contact Manager screen and

that contact’s record is opened.

Prospecting

Change in display when click on “New Prospecting Matches”.

In MLXchange, when clicking on Prospecting “New” matches, brings you to the “Search Manager and displays just your Active Searches.

In Fusion However, when you click on “New Prospecting matches” it does bring you to the Search Manager just like MLXchange but it displays all your saved searches and Templates in alphabetical order. The results grid is color coded with your “Active” searches in Green, “Saved” Searches in Red, “Templates” in Gray.

To view only the Active Searches and display the New Prospecting Matches you will click on Filter, All My Searches drop down arrow and click on “My Active”.

Search Changes Most Navigation in Fusion has been moved to top of screen:

Search Screen In MLXchange to bring up the Map to do a map search you were required to click on the “Map” Tab:

In Fusion it is display with a toggle option to turn on or off.

Search Map Changes

In MLXchange Search Map, options are all display below: Locator, Map Drawing tools, and Set My View.

In Fusion they are all over to the right of the map. See Diagram below.

“Where is the Template Manager & My Saved Searches?”

In MLX Saved Search Manager appeared when you selected Search from the Menu Bar. You would then select the search you wanted to load.

In Fusion however Templates and Saved Searches will appear when clicking on the “Res Simple Search drop down menu” above the criteria fields. Templates will have a magnifying glass icon to the left of the name. You may add/remove fields, drag and drop the fields to change the order and click the “Save Search” button at the top of the Search criteria screen to update the template.

You will also have the option of clicking on the “Saved Search Manager icon” from within the Search module in Fusion which will display the same list of templates and saved searches. The icon can be located in the upper right hand corner of the Fusion Search module.

   

                               

Saved Searches for Contacts To see the saved searches for a contact, click on Res Simple Search and sort the list by clicking on “Linked to Contact.”

To see searches in different property types for a contact in the Fusion Search screen, you will need to change “Residential” to “Vacant Land” in the search type before you will locate the search. Please click on Res Simple Search and change Residential to Vacant Land for example.

Brief Report Change In MLXchange clicking on Address brings up Brief Report.

In Fusion with “Map View” on clicking on Address will bring up a new look to Brief Report.

Or with the “Map View” turned off, click on “Bubble Number” and New look to Brief Report in Fusion will display.

Note: MLXchange clicking on the Photo will open up the Window with pictures of the property, in Fusion this function is now when you click on “Photo Gallery”.

Fusion’s Full display has a new feature added, “Page Contents”. Allows you to click on Photo Gallery and it will bring you right to the Picture display,

same thing with Map, etc.
