Directions: First heat the grill/griddle up. Then cut the butter into cubes. Then season your meat with the crushed red pepper, ground black pepper, 4 pinches of salt, 2 pinches paprika. After that mix them in. Then roll the meat into balls about this big. Then stick the butter in the balls of meat. After squish the balls of meat into patties. Next put them on the grill for about 3:30 min. Then flip and put on for another 3:30 min

1 ¼ cups of Flour

1 tsp of Baking Powder

½ tsp of Baking Soda

2 Large Eggs

2 TBSP of Milk

¾ cup of Canned Unsweetened Pumpkin Puree

¾ tsp of Ground Cinnamon

½ tsp of Salt

⅛ tsp of Ground Nutmeg

½ cup of Sugar

½ cup of Packed Brown Sugar

½ cup of Vegetable Oil

¾ cup of Chocolate Chips

DirectionsTo start, grab a medium bowl and whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder.Then, in a small bowl whisk together your eggs and milk.In a large saucepan combine the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg. (Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly for 4-6 minutes or until the mixture starts to bubble.) Turn off heat and stir in sugar, brown sugar, and oil. (Whisk until smooth and then let it cool for 10 minutes.) Add egg mixture to pumpkin mixture and whisk to combine. Then add the flour mixture and combine everything together. Stir the ¾ cup of chocolate chips into the batter. Pour your finished batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Remove the pan from your oven and allow bread to cool for 15 minutes. Last but not Least, Enjoy!!!

I recommend the white corn syrup.

How to make it::● Mix the ingredients all together. (beat well)● Once you stir/ beat pour into a flat buttered pan on

medium.● Stir constantly. (Tip: Never leave it)● When it done you should see little yellow pieces.● They also look kinda like broken up pancakes that are

yellow.

How To Make The Snickerdoodles

Cookie Dough1 ½ cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon cream of tartar ½ teaspoon baking soda ¼ teaspoon salt1 stick of butter softened to room temperature¾ cup granulated sugar1 large egg at room temperature1 tsp. vanilla extractCoating:¼ cup granulated sugar1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375° fahrenheit

In a medium bowl sift together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

Using a mixer, beat the butter and sugar of medium speed for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy. Add the egg and beat well. Beat in the vanilla extract.

Add flour mixture and beat on low speed until just combined. Do not overmix.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat mat.

Make the cinnamon and sugar mixture in a small bowl by tossing them together.

Shape the dough into balls (1 ½ tablespoons each). Roll the balls in the cinnamon sugar mixture and place them on the cookie sheet. Slightly flatten the cookie with your hand or the bottom of a glass.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cookie begins to brown slightly at the edges but the center is still soft. Cookies will appear under-done but will continue to bake on the warm cookie sheet. Leave the cookies to cool for 10 minutes on the sheet. After 10 minutes transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.

Store cookies at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days. They may also be frozen for up to 2 months.

Steps● Put the white sugar and white corn syrup in a bowl, and

cook in microwave for 3 minutes.(mixture will have small bubbles at top)

● Remove from microwave add one cup of peanut butter, and stir together.

I am going to tell you how to make a dutch pancake! (I eat them every Friday so there good) BTW for 1 to 3 pancakes

First you take the flour and put it into a bowl and add the eggs then milk and add 1 pinch of salt.then you mix the ingredients together you want the consistency to by a little watery but not too thick ether.you want the mixture to have no chunks so mix it well and get the sides.Once you have finished mixing get a pan and put a little square of butter turn of the stove and wait for the butter to brown.when the butter browns but the bader in slowly and tilt the pan to get the entire bottom.flip the edges slowly over and cook the other side there should be brown circular spots.then put the pancake on a plate and take sugar, and put it on the inside (you can also have jelly or jam, chocolate,or powdered sugar)then roll it up and put some more sugar or other things on the outside then it is ready to eat!

Dad’s Cracker PuddingI am going to tell you about a delicious pudding that my

dad makes (The pudding doesn’t actually look like that. That’s just the only photo I could find ----->). You don’t need to cook it. All you have to do is pour the custard onto the crackers and put plastic wrap on it. After you do that, refrigerate it for a little bit.

The ingredients are…

3 cups milk

1 TBsp cornstarch

4 egg yolks

2 TBsp butter

2 TBsp vanilla

Directions:

Put 3 cups milk in a measuring cup. Get a bowl and put 1 TBsp cornstarch. Get the 4 egg yolks and put them in the bowl. Pour the milk in the bowl so the powder doesn’t go everywhere. Stir thoroughly (Can use electric mixer). Put 2 TBsp butter and vanilla. Boil for 1 and a half minutes. Pour this mixture into a bowl of crushed saltines, and you’re DONE! (You should probably mix some more though… with a hand mixer).

Skillet Lasagna 1. Pour the tomatoes with their juices into a 1-quart liquid measuring cup. Add water until the mixture measures 1 quart.

2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until shimmering. Add the onion and ½ tsp salt and cook until the onion begins to brown, about 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic and pepper flakes and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the sausage and cook until no longer pink, about 4 minutes.

3. Scatter the pasta over the meat but do not stir. Pour the diced tomatoes with their juices and tomato sauce over the pasta. Cover and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender, about 20 minutes.

4. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the ½ c Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Dot with heaping tablespoons of the ricotta cover, and let stand off heat for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with the basil and extra Parmesan. Serve.

Ingredients28 oz can of diced tomatoesWater1 T. olive oil1 medium onion, minced½ tsp salt3 garlic cloves, minced⅛ tsp red pepper flakes1 lb. sweet Italian sausage10 lasagna noodles, broken into bite-sized pieces8 oz tomato sauce½ c. grated Parmesan cheese1 c. ricotta cheese3 T. fresh basil (or 2 tsp. dried)

First add 1 cup of all purpose flour to a large bowl with 2 tablespoons baking powder, ½ teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons sugar and ¼ teaspoon cinnamon. Then to the large bowl add 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter, 1 egg and 1 tablespoon vanilla. Then mix till smooth. After your mixture is smooth heat up griddle to 350 or pan to medium. Put a half cup of batter onto/ into pan/ griddle.Cook till you see big bubbles on the top of the pancakes. Then flip and wait 1 minute. Enjoy!
