FOREWORD Following a topical discussion with the author regarding the subject of this book and within reading the first few pages of the “The Planting of The Lord” manuscript, I was instantly transported back in time before TV as we know it. So where is he going with this, you may be asking? In the early days of black and white network TV, there was a show called “What’s My Line” that I watched faithfully. A couple of rounds would be played with a set of three guests all claiming to be a named individual. A panel of three celebrities of various notable backgrounds would attempt to discern who was real versus the two imposters within a specific time or number of guesses, whatever came first. In the end, either the true named person was found out or if the panel was out of guesses and time the genuine article was asked to “stand up please”. In either case the guest won a monetary gift based on how long they were able to keep the panel from the correct guess. When it was time for the “mystery guest” round, the celebrity panel was blindfolded and they were required to discern the identity of the famous individual sitting before them, adhering to the same time and guess limit constraints as in the other rounds. Also, the true guests’ identity often times remained un-discovered not because of what was said but what was not said. Those who read this publication with the heart, eyes and ears to truly learn, will undoubtedly realize that we are now, NOW in what can only be termed a bizarre twist of the game described above. We have had ample opportunities to learn the true identity of God and “His helpmate” the church through question and answer sessions. Yes we are the blindfolded panel, now however we are faced with at least three imposters and only one genuine church. How will you know what is or is not real? Will the true identity be known before you run out of guesses and time? Will you know the genuine article by the voice or what has been said (or not said)? John 10:27 states that you will know Him by His voice but to know a voice beyond any doubt, there must be a standard or characteristic in place by which to compare. Do not run out of guesses or time, because when the stage lights go out, there are no consolation prizes awarded. Dennis O'Connor

WHO IS MY MOTHER?

Isa 61:3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for

ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the

spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.

Someone asked me recently if I believed in transference. To tell you the truth I had not thought anything at all about it and was not sure to what it was referring. Apparently it is being taught by some of the clergy. I know what the word means, but if it is a new movement in the church I missed the memo. Transference:

• The act of transferring • Displacement from one to another • Redirection

Well so much for the definition, but what has this to do with the church? I remember having to get a bus transfer when I was a student traveling the city transit system and changing buses. So is the church getting on a different bus? Where is this bus headed? Either this is some end time revelation or a detour to get us off course. It seems that there are two main camps of thought. One camp believes they have new insight within the Scriptures for these end times. The other believes this is heresy and a deviation from sound doctrine. Let me see if I can put these ideas through both sides of Christian perspective as simplistically as possible. Transference: Israel’s rejection of Jesus has caused God to reject Israel. The chosen people are no longer the Jews or the literal nation of Israel but the transference to the church and believers. All prophecies to be fulfilled are referring to Spiritual Israel. Non-Transference: Israel is still and will forever be God’s chosen, which includes the Gentiles, grafted in through Christ and all the prophecies to be fulfilled in end times is referring to literal Israel but also have spiritual meaning including the church and believers.

2

I think I captured that in as few words as possible. I am going to make an open confession to you, Reader; by saying I did not know what to think about transference when it first came to me. I am not one to make a quick judgment without looking into a matter just because it is alien to my thinking. I remember what a shock Jesus was to the Jewish faith. Religious leaders made up their minds with eyes, ears and hearts closed. It was a case of the mother church disagreeing with the Kingdom of the Father. My pastor recently said that the church is the mother and the Kingdom is the Father. The church does not correct the Kingdom, but the Kingdom corrects the church. I went right home to look for any Scripture to relate to church as the mother because I had not really considered it in those terms. That was when I noticed Gal 4:26. I had not really given much attention to that Scripture before, but now it was making sense.

Gal 4:26-31 But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all. For it is written, Rejoice, thou barren that bearest not; break forth and cry, thou that travailest not: for the desolate hath many more children than she which hath an husband. Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise. But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is now. Nevertheless what saith the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman. So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman, but of the free.

Jerusalem [“which is above”] is talking about a spiritual Jerusalem free from the bondage through Christ from the old covenant. Spiritual Jerusalem being the “mother of us all” is referring to the church of believers whether Jew or Gentile. Jesus describes the true mother or the true church this way:

Matt 12:46-50 While he yet talked to the people, behold, his mother and his brethren stood without, desiring to speak with him. Then one said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to speak with thee. But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren? And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my

3

brethren! For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.

Either Jesus was giving us some profound revelation to pay close attention to, or He had amnesia. Jesus shows the teaching of obeying the will of the Father…the Kingdom of God rules the mother or church. The mother/church does not rule the Kingdom of God. Jesus even asks who is my mother, but those who do the Will of the Father. By this question Jesus is showing who the church is. The mother/church should always be under the intent, Will and authority of the Kingdom/Father. What is so ironic is that the mother/church does not even agree with herself much less with the Father? This is a mouthful providing us with the next question: Which mother is THE MOTHER? If there are many mothers, which one is THE true Mother? Wise old King Solomon has the answer for us:

1 Kings 3:23-27 “Then said the king, The one saith, This is my son that liveth, and thy son is the dead: and the other saith, Nay; but thy son is the dead, and my son is the living. And the king said, Bring me a sword. And they brought a sword before the king. And the king said, Divide the living child in two, and give half to the one, and half to the other. Then spake the woman whose the living child was unto the king, for her bowels yearned upon her son, and she said, O my lord, give her the living child, and in no wise slay it. But the other said, Let it be neither mine nor thine, but divide it. Then the king answered and said, Give her the living child, and in no wise slay it: she is the mother thereof.”

Solomon was able to distinguish the true mother. Was she the one who was willing to sacrifice herself for the Kingdom, or the one more willing to divide the church as a sacrifice to get her own way? Voila, the answer is so clear in Scripture. The days are upon us when mother will try to divorce Father. Sounds radical I know, but look at this parable Jesus told:

Matt 21:33-44 There was a certain householder, which planted a vineyard, and hedged it round about, and digged a winepress in it, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into a far country: And when the time of the fruit drew near, he sent his servants to the husbandmen, that they might receive the fruits of it. And the husbandmen took his servants, and beat one, and killed another, and stoned another. Again, he sent

4

other servants more than the first: and they did unto them likewise. But last of all he sent unto them his son, saying, They will reverence my son. But when the husbandmen saw the son, they said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and let us seize on his inheritance. And they caught him, and cast him out of the vineyard, and slew him. When the lord therefore of the vineyard cometh, what will he do unto those husbandmen? They say unto him, He will miserably destroy those wicked men, and will let out his vineyard unto other husbandmen, which shall render him the fruits in their seasons. Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes? Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof. And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

Though the symbols surround a vineyard with a householder, husbandman, servants, and a son, they are easily distinguished: • Householder: Father/Kingdom • Husbandman: Religious leaders [church/mother] • Servants: prophets • Son: Jesus/Kingdom [Being one authority with the Father] Now “mother/church divorcing Father/Kingdom” does not seem so far fetched and by the parable this is a violent divorce. In end times mother/church will again become a matriarch dictating to Father/Kingdom how things are going to be PERIOD. Satan will be the fuel prodding mother/church on in error. Satan is the spirit of false mother and has tried to sit on the mount of the congregation as such. The children will have to choose with whom they will go. You will have to ask yourself: who is my mother, sister, brother? Jesus gave the answer already: those who do the Will of the Father/Kingdom. Sounds easy but what if all of your natural family including parents, sisters and brothers go with mother/church during the split? Are you willing to leave them to seek God’s Kingdom and righteousness? Jesus did not say this would be a peaceful choice:

Matt 10:34-40 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword [Word of Truth]. For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. And a man's foes shall be they of his

5

own household. He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me. He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it. He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.

Those who have believed so strongly in family first will be divided in what to do. Unless of course you realize that family first means those who do the Will of the Father being those who are my brother, sister and mother. I will tell you this is a trial on its way accompanied by some pretty horrific disasters in the world, governments, weather and signs in the heavens. Do not think you will fall into the right choice at the last minute like coins to a money machine. We had better be seeking the Kingdom of God. Jesus ushered in the Kingdom; seek out Jesus, study His Words and get to know Him. Remember those who shouted, “Crucify, crucify”? They did not know the will of the Father. They did not even realize that they were striking out against the Father. Mother/church was the crucifier against the Kingdom and her children followed her lead in ignorance. We children have to get it right this time. I said all that to say that when trying to find out about transference DO NOT CHECK WITH MOTHER, but go directly to Father/Kingdom for your answers. Seek the Kingdom. One thing that I have observed in the language of those using the term transference is the vying for a position of importance. This put me in mind of the argument right before Jesus was arrested. The disciples were jockeying for positions to the right or left seating in heaven next to Christ. Wanting to be the chosen is not a new idea. See what Jesus says about this type of positioning:

Mark 10:35-45 And James and John, the sons of Zebedee, come unto him, saying, Master, we would that thou shouldest do for us whatsoever we shall desire. And he said unto them, What would ye that I should do for you? They said unto him, Grant unto us that we may sit, one on thy right hand, and the other on thy left hand, in thy glory. But Jesus said unto them, Ye know not what ye ask: can ye drink of the cup that I drink of? and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?

6

And they said unto him, We can. And Jesus said unto them, Ye shall indeed drink of the cup that I drink of; and with the baptism that I am baptized withal shall ye be baptized: But to sit on my right hand and on my left hand is not mine to give; but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared. And when the ten heard it, they began to be much displeased with James and John. But Jesus called them to him, and saith unto them, Ye know that they which are accounted to rule over the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and their great ones exercise authority upon them. But so shall it not be among you: but whosoever will be great among you, shall be your minister: And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all. For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.

Reflecting on the points Jesus gave for those who were after a prominent position:

• The question shows ignorance. • The baptism of death is one of selfless position and not one of

positioning self. • It was not an appointment Jesus could give. • It is by the appointment of God and not the theory of man. • This discussion genders strife.

Then Jesus goes on to say that it is not in getting the best seat in the house but giving up your seat in order to serve that is the best position from which to be thinking. Jesus is so awesome and see how patient. If it had been me I would have said something like: “Oi Vey, You freakin’ disciples, this is my last meal!” Jesus kept His cool, and that is why He is such an awesome God! I could actually end the book with those verses because He ended the controversy over the chosen right there. If you want the chosen seat, give it up to serve. The kingdom of God is not one of sitters arguing for positions of prominence or over who is the fairest in the land. Greatness does not come with room service but gives room to service. It is not in being chosen as much as it is in choosing to be a living sacrifice. This simply means not living for yourself. If you want to know about transference, you need to consider this as well:

7

Rom 12:1-5 • I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye

present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

• And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

• For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

• For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office:

• So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.

It is better to choose to serve rather than believe you are the chosen to be served. In place of transference, I prefer the word transformed with the renewing of my mind and making the right choices. As I wrote that statement this thought came into my mind, “Ask not what the Kingdom can do for you; ask what you may do for the Kingdom.” After all, are we not supposed to be seeking God’s kingdom and righteousness or are we to be seeking the best seat in the house? Look at the description and criticism of the scribes and Pharisees of Jesus’ day:

Matt 23:6 And love the uppermost rooms at feasts, and the chief seats in the synagogues,

For me personally this clears up all controversy and sets my spiritual focus on a purpose that holds my interest. Seeking first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and the answers as well as everything else will fall into place. Besides, my pastor never goes around telling everyone that he is a pastor; he simply does the work of the pastor. The congregation has no trouble identifying who the pastor is. It is the same with “the chosen”. For years the Christian communities have constantly labeled the Jews as the chosen, but now want to change that with some transference they say God has directed. How do they know? Mother said so. God is the same God He has always been, but you know mother; it’s her prerogative to change her mind if she wants. She changes it like she changes her garment…which has become more of an off whitish now. After all religion was mother’s idea, and she gave birth to many of them.

8

MIRROR, MIRROR, ON THE WALL WHO’S THE FAIREST OF THEM ALL?

Some arrive at this idea of transference primarily from some of the Gospel of Matthew with Scriptures like this one:

Matt 23:37-38 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.

Also within the book of Matthew there is a distinction between the church [Jewish and Gentile believers] and the synagogue [Jews].

Matt 23:34 Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city:

In Matthew we find words like: “His blood be upon us and our children, etc.”, “their synagogues”, “your synagogues”, “the Jews to this day” and so on. The author makes a clear distinction between the church and the synagogues. Matthew was writing from a Jewish perspective and very critical of the non-believing Jews in his faith, while Luke was a gentile writing to gentiles showing their inclusion through Jesus. They are addressing different audiences. Also Judaism took its branch and made its own tree away from the true vine. Jesus brought in the Kingdom of God or the Father, “God with us” to earth. The government of this kingdom was upon His shoulders.

Isa 9:6-7 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

Jesus was to usher in the Kingdom of God. It was to be delivered to the throne of David and that nation…Israel.

9

Did God predict the rejection of Jesus by the Jewish leaders? You will see that this is no surprise to God for Him to change course. God made room for expansion; He did not move to another location. Remember that Jesus said in His Father’s house were many mansions. Still it is but one house just as one vine with many branches.

Ps 118:22 The stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner. Isa 8:13-15 Sanctify the LORD of hosts himself; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread. And he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem. And many among them shall stumble, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.

Isa 28:14-18 Wherefore hear the word of the LORD, ye scornful men, that rule this people which is in Jerusalem. Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves: Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation, a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste. Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and the hail [Hard Truth] shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters [Truth] shall overflow [wash away] the hiding place [the disguise]. And your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it.

Look at this parable again and notice what it says about the fruit.

10

other servants more than the first: and they did unto them likewise. But last of all he sent unto them his son, saying, They will reverence my son. But when the husbandmen saw the son, they said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and let us seize on his inheritance. And they caught him, and cast him out of the vineyard, and slew him. When the lord therefore of the vineyard cometh, what will he do unto those Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof. And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

• Nation G1484 ἔθνος ethnos a tribe; specifically a foreign (non-

Jewish) one (usually by implication pagan): - Gentile, heathen, nation, people.

Look at what John the Baptist, the voice in the wilderness, says of the fruit:

Matt 3:8-11 Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance: And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham. And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:

We know that John is not talking about apples and oranges here. Let us see more about the fruit and the kingdom:

Matt 7:16-21 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

11

Luke 13:6-9 A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none. Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground? And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it: And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down.

Not only did Jesus teach this in a parable, but showed this when He literally withered the fig tree. Do you remember why He withered it? It was not bringing forth fruit.

Matt 21:18-20 Now in the morning as he returned into the city, he hungered. And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever. And presently the fig tree withered away. And when the disciples saw it, they marvelled, saying, How soon is the fig tree withered away!

The fig is symbolic representing Israel and the trees are symbolic of prominent men or religious leaders, which translates mother. Jesus was showing that religious leaders or mother religion were not producing fruit of the kingdom so He withered it. Notice that He did not wither a branch of the tree but the entire tree. That is because mother/church left Father/Kingdom and became her own tree, her own title.

Hos 2:23 And I will sow her unto me in the earth; and I will have mercy upon her that had not obtained mercy; and I will say to them which were not my people, Thou art my people; and they shall say, Thou art my God. Rom 9:25-26 As he saith also in Osee [Hosea], I will call them my people, which were not my people; and her beloved, which was not beloved. And it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living God.

12

The gentiles were included in the Father’s house. There has been a season for the gathering of gentiles to the faith, “Til the time of the gentiles is fulfilled”. The gentiles being grafted into the vine was not a new concept but a plan of God’s from the beginning. We came from Adam, scattered in all directions after Babel, came in again through Noah and God made room for us again through Jesus.

Isa 42:6-7 I the LORD have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles; To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison house.

1 Peter 2:9-10 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

If this sounds suspiciously like I am promoting transference, but it is quite the opposite. God identified a people because their natural father Abraham was willing to serve God. God made a promise to Abraham that his seed would be a mighty nation and called that nation Israel. God had identification through Israel and that was why God was referred to in this way: “the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob”. In the New Testament God came to earth in the flesh and is identified through Jesus. We now have an exact replica to see and hear directly. Did God not know all of this from the beginning? Prophecies say yes. Because of the disobedience of Israel, they were trodden down by the gentiles until the time of the gentiles was fulfilled. The gentiles became Christians who supported Israel and helped her get her land back in 1948 and Jerusalem in 1967. Israel is once again a nation. Though pea sized by comparison to all else, she is strong.

Luke 21:24-28 And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled. And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall

13

be shaken. And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

After Jesus said this He tells a parable about the fig tree [Israel]:

Luke 21:29-32 And he spake to them a parable; Behold the fig tree, and all the trees; When they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now nigh at hand. So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand. Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled.

• Shoot forth: προβάλλω to throw forward, that is, push to the front, germinate: - put forward, shoot forth.

The fig tree began to bud again in 1967 and many Jews have returned and are still returning from all over the world. If you had not realized your generation was marked for greatness look again. Things are escalating at a speed man never dreamed he could reach. Each tree budding will rise up, which will happen in the end of times. As their strength grows so does the threat of being superseded by one stronger dictating to the rest:

Dan 7:8 I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.

A leader that will subdue the three [trees or religious factions]? This leader will seem to bring peace maybe to the turmoil among the three mothers and though seemingly religious himself be the spirit of anti-Christ. During this time will also shoot forth the Sons of God/Kingdom children in strength and authority:

Dan 7:13-14 I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him. And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which

14

shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.

You see this is a great time for the Kingdom, and those who hear the voice of the Father and follow after none else. But of course I am jumping ahead to end times. Let’s go back to the theme of transference. Look at the words of Paul, a Jew among Jews, who is a witness, neither for the synagogue, nor league of Pharisees but for the Kingdom. Remember that once Paul was blind but now he sees…his vision is clearer now having met Jesus on his way to Damascus.

2 Cor 11:21-28 I speak as concerning reproach, as though we had been weak. Howbeit whereinsoever any is bold, (I speak foolishly,) I am bold also. Are they Hebrews? so am I. Are they Israelites? so am I. Are they the seed of Abraham? so am I. Are they ministers of Christ? (I speak as a fool) I am more; in labours more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequent, in deaths oft. Of the Jews five times received I forty stripes save one. Thrice was I beaten with rods, once was I stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck, a night and a day I have been in the deep; In journeyings often, in perils of waters, in perils of robbers, in perils by mine own countrymen, in perils by the heathen, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among false brethren; In weariness and painfulness, in watchings often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness. Beside those things that are without, that which cometh upon me daily, the care of all the churches.

Paul is a Jew by birth and a Christian by faith who has been persecuted by Jew and Gentile alike. He addresses the whole issue of transference in the eleventh chapter of Romans:

Rom 11 I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. 2 God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh intercession to God against Israel, saying, 3 Lord, they have killed thy prophets, and digged down thine altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life.

15

4 But what saith the answer of God unto him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal. 5 Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace. 6 And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work. 7 What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded 8(According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day. 9 And David saith, Let their table be made a snare, and a trap, and a stumbling block, and a recompence unto them: 10 Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back alway. 11 I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy. 12 Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fulness? 13 For I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify mine office: 14 If by any means I may provoke to emulation them which are my flesh, and might save some of them. 15 For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead? 16 For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches. 17 And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert graffed in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree; 18 Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee. 19 Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be graffed in. 20 Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear: 21 For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.

16

22 Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off. 23 And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be graffed in: for God is able to graff them in again. 24 For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert graffed contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be graffed into their own olive tree? 25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. 26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: 27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins. 28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes. 29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. 30 For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief: 31 Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy. 32 For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all. 33 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out! 34 For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor? 35 Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again? 36 For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.

There you have it in a nutshell, Folks. God has not rejected all of Israel. God has been rejected of many Jews, of those Jews no good fruit was produced, and those branches became dead. The dead branches only were cut away and new ones grafted in. How would the new branches survive if the roots were completely cut away? For the grafted branches to live they would have to have the mother tree’s

17

roots. I am talking about the true mother, the one who does the Will of the Father. Jesus said the same thing only this way:

John 15:1-8 I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. 2 Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. 3 Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. 4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. 5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. 6 If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. 7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. 8 Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.

A vine yields proper juice and nourishment to all the branches, whether these are large or small. All the nourishment of each branch and tendril passes through the main stalk, or the vine, that springs from the earth. The dead branches are cut away and new branches are grafted into the vine, but the original branches that retained their life are purged or cleansed to grow equally well and maintain life and fruit. So herein lies a warning: If another mother whose child is dead tries to take the live child of the true mother watch out because the false mother does not care about the life of the child and will stand by and watch it die. As a matter of fact the enemy, that old dragon, is behind it and will go after the child to devour it:

Rev 12 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:

18

2 And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered. 3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. 4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born. 5 And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne. 6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days. 7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, 8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. 9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. 10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. 11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. 12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. 13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child. 14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent. 15 And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.

19

16 And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth. 17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

All these things are coming to the end of time for our old earth. In end times, the false mothers will be stirred by the dragon to fight for the life of their tree. Closure is coming to the dead trees. If they allow the man-child to live they know that the Will and Testament gives the clear pedigree for this child’s inheritance. Their child being dead cannot collect. They cannot gain the man-child for he knows his true mother and is loyal to his Father/Kingdom. Satan cannot crucify Jesus again, and finds herself motherless at the conclusion of it all.

Isa 47:7-10 And thou saidst, I shall be a lady for ever: so that thou didst not lay these things to thy heart, neither didst remember the latter end of it. Therefore hear now this, thou that art given to pleasures, that dwellest carelessly, that sayest in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me; I shall not sit as a widow, neither shall I know the loss of children: But these two things shall come to thee in a moment in one day, the loss of children, and widowhood: they shall come upon thee in their perfection for the multitude of thy sorceries, and for the great abundance of thine enchantments. For thou hast trusted in thy wickedness: thou hast said, None seeth me. Thy wisdom and thy knowledge, it hath perverted thee; and thou hast said in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me.

The conclusion I have come to is that any grafted branch trying to grow separately from what the husbandman/Father planted, it will be cast into the fire. She has left her roots calling herself the rightful mother and claiming that she has the vine as well as newer branches. She has reformed herself to take over. Once she has established her new roots she will set herself against the true mother to go after the man-child. This will cause much persecution of the true church. This is not the first time this has happened. This is what happened with Hagar and Ishmael. Hagar, grafted in by Sarai unto Abraham, not only gave birth to a child, but gave birth to seed of Abraham to be blessed as well. Now Islam claims to be the mother. Look at the relationship of Ishmael to Isaac from then to now. This is a bitter divorce of violence between mother/Islam, mother/Judaism and

20

Father/Kingdom. Islam considers that they have the vine and branches as well. Now this new little horn has risen up ready for transference to dictate to Father/Kingdom that she is the new mother and proceeds to tell God to whom He may show His loyalties. Excuse me Church, but in the last days Father’s trumpets will blare and no little horn will be heard over the blast! The plant does not plant herself but is planted by the husbandman. God did not count the Jews out when Elijah told Him that he was the only one left that had not bowed the knee to Baal but said:

1 Kings 19:18 Yet I have left me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed unto Baal, and every mouth which hath not kissed him.

All I see is that people, by claiming this transference message, doing is the same thing that Judaism, Islam and Papacy have done…transplanting themselves elsewhere in a pasture called “Exclusive”. Apparently they do not lack for fertilizer.

21

MOTHER’S DAY As I have written there are many mothers and each will have their day in court. There are three mothers related to Abraham who are the three main mothers with whom the Father/Kingdom will cut at the roots, and all else are offshoots that will be plucked and cast as well. I want to look at the three that started out as branches from seed of Abraham: Mother/Israel

• Seed of Abraham and branch of promise • Part of God’s Kingdom 7 • God made a mighty nation [Gen 17:5-7] • Messiah comes from this seed and root of

David Mother/Arab

• Seed of Abraham grafted by Sarai through

Hagar • Part of God’s Kingdom 7 • God made a nation [Gen 17:20] • Cast out of his home [Mothers in strife]

Mother/Christian

• Seed of Abraham grafted by Jesus • Part of God’s Kingdom 7 • God made a nation [1Peter 2:9-10] • Was birthed through blood and water

22

All of these are branches and seed of Abraham with promise. However not all stayed with the Father/Kingdom, but through divorce went with mother/church. The number 7 represents the Father/Kingdom, which is the number of perfection. Perfection, of course, does not need to be fixed or altered because it is complete. Once removed from 7, is the number 6. Six is the common number of man who is not perfected. Mother/Judaism transplanted herself while saying she was still married to the Father/Kingdom. Through this separation changes of course have been made. Look at all three mothers who have split from the Kingdom: Mother/Judaism • Became her own tree and religion of many rules • Separated from the Father/Kingdom • Rejects the true vine as the Son of the Father/Kingdom • Has persecuted and slaughtered the man-child in her day, [Christ

and the early church etc.] the sign of the cross • She is once removed from the Father/Kingdom making her 6 • Six is the number of man and what man creates…religion • She claims validation through children

Mother/Islam • Became her own tree and religion of many rules • Separated from the Father/Kingdom • Rejects the true vine and Son of the Father/Kingdom calling Him a

prophet but not a Son. • Has persecuted and slaughtered the man-child [Christians and Jews

etc.], the sign of the cross • She is once removed from the Father/Kingdom making her 6 • Six is the number of man and what man creates…religion • She claims validation through children

Mother/papacy • Became her own tree and religion of many rules [largest of the

Christian churches] • Separated from the Father/Kingdom • Rejects the Father/Kingdom in favor of the mother to whom they

pray and worship along with praying to other saints • Has persecuted and slaughtered the man-child in her day

[Christians and Jews etc.], the sign of the cross • She is once removed from the Father/Kingdom making her 6

23

• Six is the number of man and what man creates…religion • She claims validation through children

Just as the false mother in Solomon’s day, she is willing to split the baby to have ownership. These three mothers represent 666. One of these will give birth to the Anti-Christ just as the Kingdom gave birth to the Christ. They are all set up to be Anti-Christ because they are not in the Kingdom. They will have their day in court to gain custody of the children and the title of MOTHER. So before you think of transplanting yourself, let me hand you this little clue: Satan is behind every false mother. She was the lying woman who claimed the live baby of another because she let her own die. She is the one who risks the child to save herself, and knows she has but a short time. She is the Mother of Harlots and the whore of Babylon. The Mother of Harlots is called a city. City in Biblical symbolism is religious governments. Look at this City/religious government called the Mother of Harlots and another name for Babylon:

Rev 17:3-6 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. 4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: 5 And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. 6 And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.

Rev 17:13-15 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. 14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful. 15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.

24

Rev 18:23-24 And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived. And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.

The false mother/religion is gone and her candle removed. No more religious hatred vying for position. Satan, the dragon, who thought to be worshiped has been struck down from the mount of the congregation. Congregation is: מועדה מעד מועד solemn assembly, synagogue,

church ἐκκλησία, mosque مساجد جامع, masjid jāmi‘

Isa 14:14-19 Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit. 16 They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms; 17 That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners? 18 All the kings of the nations, even all of them, lie in glory, every one in his own house. 19 But thou art cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch, and as the raiment of those that are slain, thrust through with a sword, that go down to the stones of the pit; as a carcase trodden under feet.

And oh, My Friend what happens next?

Rev 19:1-16 And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God: 2 For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand. 3 And again they said, Alleluia. And her smoke rose up for ever and ever. 4 And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia.

25

5 And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great. 6 And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth. 7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. 8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. 9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God. 10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. 11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. 13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. 14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. 15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath [ὀργή great passion] of Almighty God. 16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. [*Check the day of wrath in Romans 2:5-6 to see that this is man’s wrath coming back upon him.]

We are not only coming close to the end of this book, but are close to the last chapter of the generations. If you think this book was short, then think about how much time we may have left to do the Will of the Father. Bloom where you are planted. Bloom where you are planted.

26

Isa 61:3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.

MARK OF LOYALTY

With the progress of time and the signs pointing to now, there are so many things we must consider. I received an email recently talking about a small chip that has already been used by implantation in the hand as identification etc. It will take the place of the plastic credit card, checks, and social security numbers because you carry it within yourself underneath the skin conveniently. This gets Christians in an uproar and rightly so. We know the Scriptures in Revelation about our bodies being somehow literally marked with the image of the beast in our hand or forehead. I remember this same chip surfaced as a plan way back during the early days of the Charismatic Move. Since then I have studied this, and though I am not willing to tell you not to worry about this chip, I do want you to consider another perspective as well. As always, never take an author’s word to make a doctrine for yourself but in careful prayer allowing the Holy Spirit of God to lead you into all Truth. Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith. I am a mere interpreter who is not perfect by any means, but I do have an ear to hear what I believe the Spirit of God is saying. Let us look at the Scripture referring to the mark of the beast:

Rev 13:16-18 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

Here are some of the Scripture’s fine points to dig down further for a closer look: • Beast symbol: Kingdom, empire, political power or

government, apostate church that comes in contact with God's people.

• Mark symbol: χάραγμα badge of servitude or approval, sign

of ownership • Forehead symbol: mind and will

28

Rev 7: 2-3 And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea, Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads. Ezek 3:8-9 Behold, I have made thy face strong against their faces, and thy forehead strong against their foreheads. As an adamant harder than flint have I made thy forehead: fear them not, neither be dismayed at their looks, though they be a rebellious house.

Ex 13:9 And it shall serve as a sign to you on your hand, and as a reminder on your forehead, that the law of the LORD may be in your mouth; for with a powerful hand the LORD brought you out of Egypt. Deut 6:8 You shall bind them as a sign on your hand and they shall be as frontals on your forehead.

A mark on the forehead is the symbol of ownership or headship of the person. Christians have the helmet of salvation giving headship to Christ and being sealed by God on our foreheads. It is only visible in the mind, decision-making, using the will or the conscience. You can also understand the mark of the ungodly by their mind, decision-making, using the will or the conscience. In Rev 7:2-3 the seal or mark is showing ownership: on the forehead means a heart [mind and will] that serves God. In Ezek. 3:8-9 is talking about strength of mind and will to serve God even through the criticism of all the people: being firm and resolute in His service. God's seal and name are in the foreheads of His servants, the conspicuous, noblest part of man's body, the seat of the understanding, whereon the helmet, "the hope of salvation," is worn (Ezekiel 9:4). Upon the harlot's (the apostate church) forehead was written "MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH."

29

• Right hand symbol χείρ power and strength, God’s authority

Ex 15:6 Thy right hand, O LORD, is become glorious in power: thy right hand, O LORD, hath dashed in pieces the enemy. Ps 16:8 I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. Ps 17:7 Shew thy marvellous lovingkindness, O thou that savest by thy right hand them which put their trust in thee from those that rise up against them. Ps 18:35 Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation: and thy right hand hath holden me up, and thy gentleness hath made me great. Ps 44:3 For they got not the land in possession by their own sword, neither did their own arm save them: but thy right hand, and thine arm, and the light of thy countenance, because thou hadst a favour unto them. Ps 118:16 The right hand of the LORD is exalted: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly. Eccl 10:2 A wise man's heart is at his right hand; but a fool's heart at his left. Luke 22:69 Hereafter shall the Son of man sit on the right hand of the power of God.

The right hand of God is power, strength, and authority. Our salvation came from the right hand of God who is Jesus. We are the right hand of Christianity from which comes our strength, power, and authority. • Buy or sell ἀγοράζω purchase, redeem or acquire from Greek

1 Tim 3:13 For they that have used the office of a deacon well purchase to themselves a good degree, and great boldness in the faith which is in Christ Jesus.

As you can see by 1 Tim 3:13 that this is not literally buying a position in the church.

“And great boldness in the faith polleen parreesian, great liberty of speech; i.e. in teaching the doctrines of Christianity, and in

expounding the Scriptures, and preaching. It seems to have been a practice dictated by common sense, that the most grave and steady of the believers should be employed as deacons; the most experienced and zealous of the deacons should be raised to the rank of elders and the most able and pious of the elders be consecrated bishops.” (from Adam Clarke's Commentary)

Acts 20:28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

We, as Christians, are blood bought, purchased by blood. It cost God His life to redeem us. It is by our witness of Jesus that we may purchase many for the Kingdom. This is not a money exchange but the purchase of a soul by the witness of Christ Jesus through His church. • Six hundred threescore and six χξς chi xi stigma

The 22nd, 14th and an obsolete letter (Greek #4742 as a cross) number of man, apostate church, one world church deriving from the seed of Abraham but leaving the True Vine to establish as its own tree and authority as mother church.

I believe we should consider that “the mark”, though invisible, is one of servitude to a kingdom. There will be those who will be loyal to the beast and those who are the remnant church who remain loyal to God. This will not be seen on their foreheads but in their mind-set and their will through actions. Those who remain loyal to God will be discriminated against in that their right hand of authority and power will be compromised in the world but not in God. It will be against the laws of this mother’s kingdom to witness in an open arena or assembly of people, in other words no purchasing of any souls will be legal. All federal buildings and public facilities will be stripped of any sign or witness of Christ or godliness. It will be hard for those who openly show their profession of faith to be gainfully employed. Christian students will find it difficult if not impossible to enter into a higher degree of education in a university. Christianity will be shunned by those of the new mother kingdom as inferior and a nuisance. It will be said that we are defective and have not evolved to the higher plain. We will become the new blemish on society and an example of stupidity for the world to abhor. We will be the butt of every joke in

31

the media and there will be no balance of Christian programming, for they will be removed as hate crimes by our absolutes. Some people who have professed Christ will soon hide who they are in order to obtain favor in the mother kingdom. Others will be more vocal and be persecuted, fined or arrested. “Oh this can’t happen.” It already has. Why do you think Christians left the mother church of England to come to this country? Christians, wanting to be free to worship God in the way they believed, were arrested and confined with murderers, thieves, and the insane. Since their income was gone they could not pay their fines to leave their prisons so they were left to die in those cells. “Well it won’t happen here in this country.” Really? Can your children pray in a public school? Have Christian signs or the ten commandments, that were once displayed openly in public and court houses across America, remained? Is there no controversy of a cross being placed by the roadside as a memorial? Is there no controversy building steam to remove nativities, or “In God We Trust” etc.? Has Merry Christmas been made politically corrected with Happy Holidays? You are right. Christianity has not been compromised in this country, but I would not say that too loudly in front of Sarah Palin. Here are some other things that I am sure could not happen in this country: By Kim Shaftner MD, ACLJ Medicolegal Fellow March 18, 2009 “President Barack Obama has directed the Department of Health and Human Services to rescind the "conscience clause" which protects health-care personnel from pressure to perform or participate in procedures they regard as violations of their personal moral and ethical beliefs. This action would rescind a 2008 Executive Order which sought to protect those who conscientiously hold to life-affirming principles of medical practice. Mandating professional compliance is a heavy-handed, despotic approach and hardly reflects Obama's self-described "moderate" approach to abortion policy. Physicians in our country have been typically granted the most autonomy among members of the healthcare team, and abortion advocates have continuously trumpeted their insistence that government refrain from interference in the physician-patient relationship.Yet in this circumstance the mantra has been changed to

suit the agenda: as noted by the Bioethics Defense Fund's Nikolas Nikas, "the 'right to choose' has become the 'right to coerce.'"Private citizens have a privilege against undue governmental influence on their ability to obtain abortions—not a right to demand one. Mandated compliance generates tremendous disincentives for those already in practice, and those who are considering healthcare professions.Enactment of this Executive Order will have the effect of pushing moral refusers out of medicine. The field is likely to be deprived of some of the best and brightest candidates, those who will not make the demanding sacrifices of medical training, only to become puppets of the government. Many of those who currently practice in underserved and poverty-stricken areas do so because of their Biblical and ethical commitments. This Executive Order could drive them out of practice, generating huge gaps in medical services.” Update: Religious Discrimination - Not Economic Stimulus “I wanted to update you on a report we issued yesterday about the discovery of a little-noticed provision in the economic stimulus package that actually targets and discriminates against religious activity by prohibiting higher education facilities that accept federal stimulus funds from permitting religious groups and organizations from using those facilities.” “PROHIBITED USES OF FUNDS - No funds awarded under this section may be used for - (C) modernization, renovation, or repair of facilities - (i) used for sectarian instruction, religious worship, or a school or department of divinity; or (ii) in which a substantial portion of the functions of the facilities are subsumed in a religious mission. Under this provision, student groups would be barred from using facilities for worship or even Bible study if the school accepts the federal stimulus funds.” ACLJ to 9th Circuit: End Discrimination Against Christian High Schools “There’s an important case before a federal appeals court that discriminates against Christian high schools. We just filed a friend-of-the-court brief in Association of Christian Schools International v. Stearns, a case pending before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit that will likely have a wide-ranging impact on Christian high schools across the country.

33

The case involves the University of California’s use of its admissions process to require religious high schools to change the religious perspectives of their courses in order for students at those schools to be eligible for standard admission to the numerous University of California (UC) and California State University institutions. As our brief explains, “UC has repeatedly rejected courses from religious high schools solely or primarily due to the theological positions that are emphasized, claiming that the courses fail to adequately prepare students for study at UC. In many cases, the rejected courses include a wide variety of religious and non-religious perspectives and are geared toward developing students’ critical thinking skills and preparing them for college study, yet UC posits that the courses’ emphasis on a particular religious viewpoint or set of viewpoints renders them inadequate.” Moreover, “UC has targeted courses that emphasize disfavored religious viewpoints, such as the idea that God has influenced human history and provides a universal, unchanging standard of truth and morality.” One of the most egregious examples of UC’s discrimination against religious viewpoints is its rejection of San Diego Jewish Academy’s course entitled, “Shoah-Holocaust Studies.” UC stated that the course must include “a different perspective and a broader viewpoint” and must also cover other human tragedies in order to be worthy of study. New Community Jewish High School’s Holocaust and Human Behavior course was also rejected because, in UC’s view, the perspectives for the course had to be expanded. By contrast, UC approves of specialized non-religious History and Social Science courses that emphasize a particular culture such as Chinese civilization or that study historical events from an African-American, Women’s or Latin-American perspective. UC has rejected a host of other religious school courses that provide students with critical thinking skills and a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter such as Jewish Leadership, Jewish Philosophy, Women in Scripture, Moral Theology, Moral Philosophy, Social Justice, Ethics and Values, Women’s Studies, History of Christianity, and Catholic Traditions. UC’s objection is to the religious perspectives that are emphasized in these courses.

34

Our brief argues that “UC’s exacting scrutiny of the theological viewpoints of religious high school courses furthers no legitimate, much less compelling, educational purpose. Applicants’ religious worldviews bear no relationship to their likelihood of succeeding at UC. A reasonable observer would conclude that the primary effect of UC’s policy and practice is to display hostility toward religion in general and certain religious perspectives in particular. As such, UC has violated the Establishment Clause.” We were joined in our brief by the Catholic League for Religious and Civil Rights, the Common Good Foundation, and the Seventh-day Adventist Church State Council. The outcome of this case is critically important to religious high schools and high school students across the country. If UC is permitted to reject courses taught from a Christian perspective, numerous other public university systems across the nation could adopt similar policies. This would make it much more difficult for many students at Christian and other religious high schools to gain admission to public universities and would force schools to consider changing their curriculum.” ECLJ Defends Religious Freedom as OIC Pushes Dangerous Resolution “I wanted to bring you up to speed on the latest developments at the U.N. Human Rights Council in Geneva.Of most significant note, the Organization for Islamic Conference (OIC), led by Pakistan, has again introduced their Defamation of Religions resolution at the Human Rights Council in Geneva. That happened on Thursday. This is the resolution that prohibits criticism of religions, and specifically Islam. In effect, this means that proclamation of the Gospel will not be allowed in many parts of the world. Not only is this blatantly anti-Christian, but it also flies in the face of decades of international human rights law. Both the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and the International Covenant of Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) specifically grant every individual the right to believe as they see fit.The Defamation of Religions resolution would turn this right upside-down by instead protecting government-favored religions. The result would be discrimination and persecution of Christians living in many parts of the world.

July 10, 2008 By Bob Unruh, WorldNetDaily “Dozens of nations dominated by Islam are pressing the United Nations to adopt an anti-"defamation" plan that would make Christians criminals under international law, according to a United States organization that has launched a campaign to defend freedom of religion worldwide. "Around the world, Christians are being increasingly targeted, and even persecuted, for their religious beliefs. Now, one of the largest organizations in the United Nations is pushing to make a bad situation even worse by promoting anti-Christian bigotry," the American Center for Law & Justice said yesterday in announcing its petition drive. The discrimination is "wrapped in the guise of a U.N. resolution called 'Combating Defamation of Religions,'" the announcement said. "We must put an immediate end to this most recent, dangerous attack on faith that attempts to criminalize Christianity." CBN News - Judge: Christian Credits Can Be Denied August 14, 2008 By Mark Martin, CBN News Reporter CBNNews.com - “A federal judge ruled last week that a public university can deny course credit to students from Christian high schools. U.S. district judge James Otero ruled in favor of the University of California, Friday, saying it could withhold course credit from Christian high school applicants if their textbooks say the Bible is infallible and teach against evolution, the San Francisco Chronicle reported Otero held that the university's review committees were not discriminating, and that they offered sound reasons for rejecting the books, not because they have religious perspectives, but because they left out topics in science and history and did not teach critical thinking. Opponents want the ruling overturned, warning that the decision could hurt Christian education around the country.” ACLJ Gets PA Teacher's Aide - Suspended for Wearing Cross Pendant - Back to School “The ACLJ filed a federal lawsuit in May on behalf of Brenda Nichol, who works as an Instructional Assistant in the Penns Manor Area Elementary School in Clymer, PA. She was suspended for one year without pay after refusing to remove a one-and-a-quarter inch cross pendant that she had been wearing on her necklace. The suit contended that the actions of the agency, ARIN Intermediate Unit 28,

were unconstitutional. The agency said its policy was based on a state religious garb prohibition dating back to 1895.” ACLJ FILES FEDERAL SUIT OVER IN-HOME PRAYER PROHIBITION IN CONNECTICUT December 4, 2000 (Hartford, CT) – “The American Center for Law and Justice, an international public interest law firm, announced today it has filed a federal lawsuit in Hartford, Connecticut against the Town of New Milford, Connecticut charging that the Zoning Commission has issued an order prohibiting a family from holding prayer meetings inside their private residence. “This is clearly a case where the zoning authorities have overstepped their authority by determining that our clients cannot use their private residence for weekly prayer meetings,” said Vincent McCarthy, Senior Counsel of the ACLJ who is representing the family. “To issue an order prohibiting a family from using their private residence for prayer is not only one of the worst forms of religious discrimination, it represents a direct assault on our client’s constitutional rights. We are asking the court to declare the actions of the zoning authorities unconstitutional and to issue an injunction to clear the way for the family to resume the prayer meetings in their home.” “The ACLJ filed suit December 1st on behalf of Robert and Mary Murphy, residents of New Milford who have been holding weekly prayer meetings and Bible studies at their single-family home since 1995. The complaint contends the prayer meetings, which are attended by no more than 25 people, do not violate any town regulations and are in full compliance with all applicable law. The lawsuit contends that the problems began after they received the proper zoning and building permits to add a family room and a garage to their home this year – new space that is not used for the prayer meetings. As the Murphy’s attempted to add a driveway to their property, the complaint contends the town rescinded a permit to complete the driveway because they Murphy’s used their home for prayer meetings. The lawsuit states that the Murphy’s received a letter from town’s zoning enforcement officer on November 29th ordering the Murphy’s to suspend the prayer meetings at their home – saying the zoning commission has determined that such activity is not permissible. The

37

letter also states that the town will take legal action against the Murphy’s if they continue to hold the prayer meetings at their home.” ACLJ Files Suit Against NYC for Prohibiting Prayers Following Sept. 11 Attacks February 28, 2002 (Central Islip, NY) – The American Center for Law and Justice, an international public interest law firm, today filed a federal lawsuit against the New York City Housing Authority after a pastor was denied permission to use a public housing facility to meet and pray for the New York community that suffered great losses in the tragic attacks of September 11, 2001. “At a time when communities across the city of New York were working to deal with the pain and suffering of September 11th, our client was told no – prayer is not an appropriate form of speech,” said Vincent McCarthy, Senior Counsel of the ACLJ which has filed suit. “Our client merely wanted the same access to a public housing facility that is routinely given to other residents. While the city as a whole has done a tremendous job in helping the New York community deal with the tragic events of September 11th, it is troubling that the housing authority would reject a request to permit prayer to occur in a facility that is located in the midst of a community that was deeply affected by the tragedy. The denial to use the facility was not only insensitive, but unconstitutional as well. We’re confident the court will work to correct this discriminatory action.” You are right this cannot happen in our country. But this has been going on for some time now. I do not have every infraction of our faith in this book. By the way, I only wrote of the infractions and not that they were remedied. In the future the remedy may by far and few if at all. God is the remedy of His Kingdom and we are the children of the Kingdom. Mother of Harlots, Satan by name has been corroding our Nation’s Constitution for a long time now. We are being governed in the United States by the spirit of anti-Christ. For a nation that was formed at its earliest inception as under God we have become a nation over God and soon when the mother beast rises to full strength we will be a nation of no God save the beast. I am simply showing you that we have arrived already. We are not waiting for a chip under the skin to show that this Scripture is being

fulfilled in our day…NOW. There are even more signs of the pollution of our government that I wrote about in more detail in Are We There Yet and the book I’ll Fly Away O Glory. You will not find loyalty and resolve when the going gets tough. You must start today, NOW is the hour of salvation. Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness! BE SAVED!
