Therapeutic Guidelines (eTG Complete)

Download eTG Complete from the App Store or Google Play Store. Links to the app can be found

by navigating to the CIAP website a www.ciap.health.nsw.gov.au and selecting 'Mobile' from the

top menu.

Register for an enterprise token by selecting the ‘Enterprise Token’ button on CIAP’s Mobile page. Enter your details as prompted. Make sure you enter a valid email address as this is where you will receive your enterprise token.

Open the eTG Complete app on your device and you will be presented with the below screen (1). Select ‘Institutional Login’ and enter your chosen User ID and Enterprise Token (2).

Note: The eTG app is approx. 13MB for the online version and approx. 210MB if you choose to download the full content to be used offline.

Renewal

Your eTG Complete app will need to be renewed on 1 July every year.

To renew your registration, simply follow the above steps to generate a new enterprise token.
