Ohmite D Series Heatsinks provide an innovative solution for SMT compatible semiconductors and resistors. The unique design (Patent Pending) combines tin plated, solderable rods with an aluminum extruded heat sink body. These rods (or "rollers") are mated mechanically to the heatsink by forging to reduce the thermal resistance between the heatsink body and the solderable feet.
Ohmite's Heat Sink Systems offer flexible, high performance, and compact heat sinks with an exchangeable cam clip system. The B60/C60 Series offers improved Cam N Lock spring clip (pat. pending).

EYG SERIES GRAPHITE SHEETSPGS (Pyrolytic Graphite Sheet) is a thermal interface material which is very thin, synthetically made, has high thermal conductivity, and is made from a highly oriented graphite polymer film. PGS (Pyrolytic Highly Oriented Graphite Sheet) is made of graphite with a structure that is close to a single crystal, which is achieved by the heat decomposition of polymeric film.
It is ideal for providing thermal management/heat-sinking in limited spaces or to provide supplemental heat-sinking in addition to conventional means. This material is flexible and can be cut into customizable shapes.
Flexibility:PGS is bending-resistant due to its flexibility. PGS can be used for areas such as curved surfaces and corners because its heat conductivity will remain unchanged in the absence of folds in PGS.
Thermal Resistance Property:Thermal resistance represents the degree of non-conductivity of the heat. Materials with lower thermal resistance are a more efficient conductor of heat (Thermal resistance depends on hardness of, and surface condition of material as well as heat conductivity.)
