Praise God that He planted Fellowship in this community to unleash love on those who don’t know Him. 2. Pray that God would bless our outreach ministries: Chagrin Falls Park, Scranton Road Ministries, Breathe, Vacation Bible School, Blossom Time... 3. Pray that Fellowship people will build relationships with friends and neighbors who need the Lord, and that those relationships will open doors for ministry and evangelism. 4. Pray that God will provide opportunities for our church to express the love of Christ to the community in tangible ways. 5. Pray that God will guide the leadership of our church in finding creative and effective ways to reach out to the community. 6. Pray for God to develop our hearts to earnestly desire to reach the lost. Pray for those who are hurting and ill... Led by Kathy Chamberlain James 5:13-20: 13 Is anyone among you in trouble? Let them pray. Is anyone happy? Let them sing songs of praise. 14 Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven. 16 Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. 17 Elijah was a human being, even as we are. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years. 18 Again he prayed, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced its crops. 19 My brothers and sisters, if one of you should wander from the truth and someone should bring that person back, 20 remember this: Whoever turns a sinner from the error of their way will save them from death and cover over a multitude of sins. 1. Praise God for being a loving Shepherd who will go to the lowest low to lift those who have fallen. 2. Pray that God would prove His unfailing love for those who are hurting or ill. 3. Pray for those who feel lost or unworthy, that God would put people in their paths who can touch their hearts and lead them to Him. 4. Pray that strained or broken relationships, among families and friends as well as acquaintances, will be restored. 5. Pray for the shut-ins in our church, as well as those who are widowed and living alone. Ask God to bless and encourage them, anointing their lives with power for ministry as well as help for the needs they face daily.   • God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: 19that God was reconciling the world to Himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. 20We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making His appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God. 21God made Him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God. 1. Praise God for every visitor that walks through our doors. 2. Pray that visitors will sense the love and compassion of Christ,

    expressed through every member of our congregation. 3. Pray that any who attend the services that don’t know Christ will

    discover and embrace a personal relationship with Him. 4. Pray that every encounter for our visitors and new attenders will

    be an encounter with Christ. 5. Pray that those who are new are connected in true fellowship.

    Pray for children and youth Led by Tom Bump Psalm 119:9-16: 9How can a young person stay on the path of purity? By living according to Your Word. 10I seek You with all my heart; do not let me stray from Your commands. 11I have hidden Your word in my heart that I might not sin against You. 12Praise be to You, Lord; teach me Your decrees. 13With my lips I recount all the laws that come from Your mouth. 14I rejoice in following Your statutes as one rejoices in great riches. 15I meditate on Your precepts and consider Your ways. 16I delight in Your decrees; I will not neglect Your word. 1. Praise God for each child in our programs on Sundays and

    Wednesdays, and for those who serve in the Children’s Ministry. 2. Praise Him for answering our prayers for a Children’s Pastor. 3. Pray that the youth in our church will stand strong for Christ in

    their schools and with their friends. Ask God to help each young person to follow His plan for their lives, both now and in the years to come.

    4. Pray that God will bless the children of the church, protecting them from harm and helping them to grow strong in the Lord as they prepare for a lifetime of serving Christ.

    5. Pray that the Holy Spirit would give the Children’s Ministry Team a fresh anointing, love and excitement for ministry.

    6. Pray for the hearts and souls of our young people. 7. Pray for each school district represented at Fellowship (Kenston,

    West G, Chagrin, Solon, Aurora, Chesterland, Chardon, Orange, Newbury, Berkshire, Cardinal, James A Garfield, private schools...and many more).

    Pray for ministries h ere and abroad... Led by Paul Solano Psalm 86:8-10: 8Among the gods there is none like You, Lord; no deeds can compare with Yours. 9All the nations You have made will come and worship before You, Lord; they will bring glory to Your name. 10For You are great and do marvelous deeds; You alone are God.

    Welcome... Jesus promised that special power is available when His servants join together to pray. Matthew 18:19-20 says, “I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” God calls us to seek His presence, as a body of believers with one mind. When we desire to have a church that is after God's purpose, then prayer will be at the heart of it. As we focus tonight on a renewed call to “be the church”, we trust you will experience the oneness/unity that comes from Him. Each section of prayer will be led by an individual, followed by a time to break into groups and pray. There will be music throughout; as the prayer time of each section ends, the music will get softer to signal an end to that time. During prayer for the hurting and ill, we will not divide into groups. Those who feel the need to be prayed over will have an opportunity to come forward.

    Pray for Fellowship founders... Led by Bruce Bechhold Ephesians 3:14-21: 14For this reason I kneel before the Father, 15from Whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name. 16I pray that out of His glorious riches He may strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being, 17so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, 18may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, 19and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. 20Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, 21to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen. 1. Thank God for those who were present from Fellowship’s beginning,

    laying a firm foundation for our church. 2. Praise Him for their zeal and desire to be a part of a church

    community with Christ at the center, and for their faithfulness over the years.

    3. Pray for spiritual vitality in their walk with Christ. 4. Pray for Lud Golz (Pastor Emeritus and Founding Pastor) as he

    continues his ministry in radio and print.

    Pray for new attenders... Led by Rene' Roberts 2 Corinthians 5:14-21: 14For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. 15And He died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for Him who died for them and was raised again.16So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer. 17Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! 18All this is from

    3. Pray for God’s protection on missionaries and their families. Ask Him to guard their well-being in dangerous and unfamiliar areas. Pray also that He will protect them from spiritual attack and danger.

    4. Pray that God will bless and comfort Partners and their families as they grapple with issues of loneliness and isolation from loved ones. Pray especially for those separated from loved ones during a time of family crisis, such as the death of a family member.

    Pray for team members/volunteers... Led by John Luciano Colossians 1:9-14: 9For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of His will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives, 10so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please Him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, 11being strengthened with all power according to His glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience, 12and giving joyful thanks to the Father, Who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of His holy people in the kingdom of light. 13For He has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son He loves, 14in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. 1. Praise God for our team members who give selflessly of their time

    and talents to advance the kingdom of God. Praise Him that they joyfully use their gifts to serve others.

    2. Pray for strength for team members, that God would give them patience and understanding as they love and care for people.

    3. Pray that team members would continue to take hold of a growing, consistent walk with Christ through a devotional and prayer life that is steadfast. Pray that they allow Christ to work in them and use them as they grow in their faith, maturity, leadership, service, unity, and love.

    4. Pray that people throughout the congregation will sense and respond to God’s prompting to serve.
