Unorganized posting of announcements on the bulletin board

The bulletin board looks messy with the numerous announcements that are posted

Students usually ignore a simple printed announcement

PROBLEM

It will be easier to send out announcements to the students.

It will look more appealing to the students.

The announcements will be more organized and understandable.

It will serve as the communication path between the students, faculty, SICSSO organization and the Dean.

It will reduce the expense for printing the announcements.

The announcements will be given on the right time.

The user can search through the recent announcements.

This web-based system will be for the School of Information and Computing Sciences.

Barangay Bantad is currently using a manual system

Difficulty in retrieving records

Difficulty in calculating the payment

PROBLEM

The system can monitor the rented and returned equipment.

This can show records of the people who borrowed, the equipment and its quantity, price and availability.

This can calculate the payment for the rented equipment.

OBJECTIVE

The system only provides information about the different equipment in the barangay.

It will only monitor the equipment including the lost and damaged.

This system is for Barangay Bantadonly.

SCOPE

Only the barangay captain and the secretary can access the system

Inventory for the barangay is excluded

Confusion with some college lecturers with the number of subjects and sections that they handle.

Have four (4) categories: Present, Sick, Late and Absent.

This wouldn’t include the computation or recording of grades.
