Church Family Dick Jr. Ver Ploeg remains at Newton Village, room #11 He will be there for 3-

4weeks to receive daily antibiotic infusions. He would love a call at 641-780-7933.

Wilma Rozendaal was moved back to the Cottages under Hospice/skilled care to aid in helping her limit her pain after her fall. Continue to uphold her in your prayers for pain relief. There are no visitors allowed at this time including fami-ly. Uplift her family as well as the nurses and and all those helping in the nurs-ing homes at this time

The Ver Ploeg family, Teryl & Carol, Joyce, Scott & Lisa as they are deal-ing with the affects of the COVID-19 virus. We pray for a healing and a speedy recovery.

Johnnie De Jong was hospitalized on Monday, March 30 due to pneumo-nia. He tested negative for Covid-19. He is improving at Iowa Methodist Hos-pital in Des Moines. Please uplift Johnnie and Delia and family in your prayers.

Christian Sympathy We extend our Christian sympathy to Garrett, Jade & Adler De Hoedt in the

death of Garrett's grandmother, Colleen De Hoedt, 80 of rural Barnes City who passed away peacefully Tuesday evening, March 31, 2020 at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Private family burial will be held in the Barnes City Cemetery in Barnes City. Holland-Coble Funeral Home of Montezuma is in charge of ar-rangements.

Extended Church Family Jennifer Johnson, Chuck Johnson’s daughter, is an RN at the VA Hospital in

Des Moines. She and a coworker, Ann, were deployed to the VA Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana, a Covid-19 hotspot. Jennifer is specifically asking for prayers that she not catch the virus while taking care of veterans in the ICU unit there. Her biggest worry is of her getting sick and having to be on a venti-lator there instead of here in Iowa. Please pray for Jennifer and Ann, and all the healthcare workers in the New Or leans VA h ospital.

Nira Wilkinson, Chuck Johnson’s mother aged 93 of Arkansas, fell last Friday in her home and broke a hip. Thankfully, she is currently in a hospital with no Covid-19 patients. But with the federal guidelines in place for Covid-19, she is very limited in the number of visitors she can have, and is in a great deal of pain. Chuck’s sister Charleen lives in the same city as Nira, so this responsibil-ity is falling on her shoulders. Please pray for them.

Pray for our President, Leaders, Hospital staff, pastors, our sick and shut ins.

INFORMATION The King Is Coming The marketplace is empty

No more traffic in the streets All the builders' tools are silent No more time to harvest wheat

Busy housewives cease their labors In the courtroom no debate

Work on earth is all suspended As the King comes thro' the gate

O the King is coming The King is coming

I just heard the trumpets sounding And now His face I see O the King is coming The King is coming

Praise God, He's coming for me Happy faces line the hallways

Those whose lives have been redeemed Broken homes that He has mended

Those from prison He has freed Little children and the aged

Hand in hand stand all aglow Who were crippled, broken, ruined Clad in garments white as snow

O the King is coming The King is coming

I just heard the trumpets sounding And now His face I see O the King is coming The King is coming

Praise God, He's coming for me I can hear the chariots rumble I can see the marching throng The flurry of God's trumpets

Spells the end of sin and wrong Regal robes are now unfolding

Heaven's grandstand's all in place Heaven's choir now assembled Start to sing "Amazing Grace"

O the King is comingThe King is coming I just heard the trumpets sounding

And now His face I see O the King is coming

he King is coming Praise God, He's coming for me
