Plastic-Lined Pipe Dimensions & Liner Thickness Resistoflex plastic-lined pipe Resistoflex plastic-lined pipe is made to NPS outside diameters. Standard 10" and 20" pipe lengths are available for liners of PP (1" - 12" dia.), PVDF (1" - 8" dia.), and PTFE (1" - 12" dia.). Forty-foot pipe lengths are available for PP and PVDF liners (1-1/2" - 6" dia.). A tolerance of ± 1/8" is maintained on standard and custom pipe lengths. Carbon steel housings are available for all plastic liners. Pipe with a PTFE liner is also available with Schedule 40 304L stainless steel (316L stainless steel is available upon request). A tolerance of ± 1/ 8" is maintained on all custom pipe lengths.
