It might be a day when you’vehad a
misunderstanding
with your client
Or you might wake up to an argument with your partner
Why is it called a "bad" day?

It doesn't
allow
you
to
work
It
hurts
your
productivity

Go to a silent place and ...
Ask yourself these questions
Did I do
anything
wrong?
Did I
provoke
my client/
partner?
What can I
do to
improve
the
situation?
What can I do to keep the relationship (or repair it)?
What can I do, in the
long run, to avoid
such things from
happening?
While doing this analysis....
Do not try to
justify your acts.
Do not find excuses.
Play
the
devil's
advocate.
