    rate and retention. We call this Try, Practice, and Demonstrate. First give it a try for yourself

    and see how far you can go. You may know how to do it or you may fail. In any case, again learnhow it should be done based on theory.Practice it under supervision. Last, demonstrate that you

    have learned the skill.

    Blended learning

    As part of our commitment to provide innovative and cost-effective training

    solutions, we have developed blended learning solutions, which combine e-

    learning training CDs with live instructor-led training sessions via video-

    conference and In-house training.

    Blended Learning is becoming a popular option for colleges, companies and

    agencies to help cut the high cost of travel. It offers the best of several trainingoptions: live instructor-led sessions combined with interactive training

    CDs. Students complete training CDs at their own location and follow it with

    a live training session with our experts, either online, onsite or via video-conferencing. This reduces costly travel expenses and gives you training in-

    These are a series of self-paced, interactive training modules on CDs that

    allow individuals to complete training at their location and within their own

    Video Conferencing Training

    These sessions utilize video-conferencing solutions and allow participants to

    A webinar is an online training session that allows immediate interaction with
