STAGES OF INSPECTION FOR CANOPY

FOUNDATION INSPECTION MATERIAL INSPECTIONFABRICATION INSPECTION.INSPECTION OF MATERIAL AFTER RECEIPT OF SITE.INSPECTION BEFORE CLOSING FALSE CEALING.FINAL INSPECTION.

FOUNADTION INSPECTION POINTS TO BE COVERED:Excavation measurement as per drawing and lay out.PCC to be checked.TMT steel quantity and quality check.RCC footings and column casting to be checked as per drawing.

PLAIN CONCRETE CEMENT(PCC).Mixing of cement ,fine aggregate and course aggregate (1:4:8) as per drawing.Measurement of area as per drawing.

REINFORCEMENT Make of TMT steel. Quantity measurement.Ensuring that reinforcement as per drawing or not.

RCC Footings Ensuring that mechanical batch mixture used or not.Ensuring that cement make and date of manufacturing as per IOCL specification.Ensuring that vibrator used or not.Ensure that mechanical batch mixture used or not.Ensuring that concrete properly mixed or not.Supervise the footings while construction.Cubes to be casted for lab testing.

DATA SHEETAll the data should recorded in this format

RAW MATERIAL INSPECTIONEnsure raw material make whether it is approved make or not.Test certificates and Invoices review to ensure genunity of material. Ensure that raw material quantity procured by fabricator is sufficient for particular canopy.

FABRICATION INSPECTIONVisual inspection for welding defects.Visual inspection for surface defects.Fabrication as per drawing.

INSPECTION DURING ERECTIONMeasurement distance between and across the columns.Fabricated material for particular canopy reached to site or not. Plumb level to columns. Paint after erection.

INSPECTION BEFORE CLOSING FALSE CALINGLine and level of dummy fascia.Make of roofing, Thickness and size of roofing. Water gutter leak test. Ensure that gutter made of single aluminum sheet. Electrical cable measurement . Ensuring that no joints in cables. Lemonier as per design or not. Grid for false ceiling.

CIVIL WORKSHume pipe measurement. Pump Islands measurement as per drawing.Depth and size of electrical and water chambers.

WBMWBM-Water bound macadam.First layer 65mm 40 mm black metal+10 mm red gravel.Second layer 65mm 40 mm black metal+10 mm red gravel.Third layer 1:2:4 concrete 50 mm.Fourth layer river sand bed 50 mm Fifth layer pavers 80 mm thick
