Written assignment

Write a report which presents your organisation’s strategic position. The report, which will be no more than 3000 words, must contain the following three elements:

Background information about the organisation, including a brief history, vision and mission

An analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats List of options for the organisation’s future strategy, with discussion of each

option

You should also discuss ONE of the following subjects:

The influence of stakeholders on the future strategic direction of the organis’n OR The leadership of the organisation and the extent to which it will work for the

future strategic direction OR How far the governance structure of the organisation is suitable for the future

strategic direction
