This is a copy of the 2014 online Qualtrics questionnaire that was sent to 4,000 Non-Confirmed Resident and Non-Resident students. The analysis variables are in RED TYPE alongside each question, and the numeric response options for each item, or blocks of items, are entered in BLUE TYPE. Use this questionnaire in tandem with the Excel of Summary stats: LayoutNONConf_AND_ConfStats_v3.xlsx -- Worksheet: All STATS - By Subgroup.
NOTE: If a respondent selected "No" for this item (5% of non-confirmed students did), then they were skipped to the last page--where they answered only the survey items that asked respondents to rate the Admissions office staff performance and the final long open-ended question.
