This is the Year that I go to: Long a favorite for guests and our team, Taste of the South is a Blackberry Farm tradition for good reason. It brings some of the most important voices of the South to our table for three days of exploring the South’s evolving food culture. The annual event—which includes cooking demonstrations, tastings and teachings—will benefit the Southern Foodways Alliance and feature the Fellowship of Southern Farmers, Artisans and Chefs once again. We are delighted to welcome Chefs Sean Brock, April McGreger, Roosevelt Brownlee, Michael Hudman and Andy Ticer, along with Vintner Jasmine Hirsch and Scholar in Residence Ronni Lundy. Join us as we celebrate all that stays constant—and all that changes—at the Southern table.
