red, white and yellow.Red – a regulatory color for stop, yield, do not enter signs

White – used for regulatory information such as speed limits, directional signs such as one-way, lane changes, and stop here signsYellow -- used for warning of road conditions and dangers ahead such as curves in the road, and special crossings such as deer or school crossings.

These colors are mainly seen on highways for information

Green – use mainly on highways for displaying distance and road directionsBlue – used for displaying road services such as rest areas and business at the exitsBrown -- used information leading to parks and recreation areas.

Orange relates to construction or maintenance dangers

Orange– Watch out for construction or maintenance, be ready to slow down or stop.
