Donate All Gender Cosmetics and Personal Hygiene Products to Los Angeles LGBT Center

Persons of trans experience often have higher rates of poverty and unemployment which impacts their ability to buy cosmetics and personal hygiene

Foster/Adopt Information ReceptionHave you ever thought about becoming a “resource parent,” the first step toward fostering or adopting a child? More than 22,000 children in Los Angeles County need stable homes. Please join the All Saints Foster Care Project and our partnering agen-cy, RaiseAChild, on Thursday, Nov. 29, 6:30– 8:00 p.m., in Sweetland Hall. Staff members from RaiseAChild, Westside Children’s Center, Village Family Services, Five Acres, Penny Lane Centers, and David and Margaret Youth and Family Services will be present to respond to your questions and concerns and even get you started on the process. 2019 Pasadena Homeless Count & Survey: They Count, Will You? Volunteers needed to help count persons living on the streets in Pasadena. Help set in motion another year full of education, engagement, and action for the Pasadena Partnership to End Homeless-ness. Volunteers will be sent in teams of 2–3 to an assigned zone on the night of Jan. 22 (8–10 p.m.) & the morning of Jan. 23 (6–8 a.m.). The same teams go out both times.
