A Visitation of Melchior, Gaspar and Balthasar on January 5 Three wise people visit All Saints Church on Sun-day, Jan. 5. Melchior, Gaspar and Balthasar will be present at the bilingual monthly gathering (“conviv-io”) organized by the Latino/Hispanic Ministry to cel-ebrate one of the most deeply rooted tradi-tions in the Latino culture, reliving the arrival of the Three sages to adore the baby Jesus. Intersectionality and Trauma: Restoring, Reclaiming and Resourcing Traumatized Communities Join clinical psychologists, Dr. Brinell Anderson, and Rev. Dr. Sally Howard, Jan. 17 – 19, for introduc-tory training on trauma-in-formed community-based care. This weekend-long training is open to the public and will provide an overview of trauma — iden-tifying different types of trau-ma and exploring the whole person impact of trauma across race, culture, gender, and sexuality. Free Citizenship Clinic The Immigration Task Force will conduct a Free Citizenship Clinic on Saturday, Jan. 25, 9:00 a.m.– 2:30 p.m. in Sweetland Hall. Register to Volunteer for the 2020 Pasadena Homeless Count!

Every year, volunteers help count people expe-riencing homelessness living on the streets of

Pasadena during one night in January. The Count will be taking place on Jan. 21, 2020.

Volunteers are the backbone of ensuring the Count is a success and is carried out effectively and comprehensively. You will be assigned to a

team to help count and administer a survey to our neighbors experiencing homelessness.

Volunteers should be 18+ and are asked to attend an orientation to prepare for the Count on either

Jan. 13 or 14, 2020. Volunteer registration deadline is Jan. 7.
