CCC NEWS & NOTES On Easter Sunday, April 16, there will be no Sunday School, Children’s Church or ABFs. Instead, we’ll offer two identical worship services at 9:00 and 10:30am (nursery will be provided during both services). Open Communion means that you don’t have to be a member here to participate. If you trust Christ as Savior and Lord, you are welcome at his table. Instruments in the Redeemer’s Hands Ken and Jennifer will lead a home study of this excellent book (for the third time) after Passion Play. Study will happen on Sunday or Thursday evenings depending on participant’s preferences. Child Dedication On Mother’s Day If you’d like to participate in a parent and child dedication on May 14, let Pastor Ken know by email or pew response card. A one-hour orientation session is required. Interested In Joining An Adult Bible Fellowship (ABF)? Come join a community of believers committed to helping each other grow in the Lord through weekly Bible study, prayer, fellowship, and laughter. A majority of our groups meet on campus each Sunday morning at 9:00am. Other groups meet off-campus in homes throughout the week. Take your next step and join a group. Email Pastor Drew ([email protected]) for information about how to get involved and to learn which group might best fit your schedule, needs, and stage of life. See the last page of the bulletin for a complete list of our ABFs. The Sacrificial Offering For World Missions will be received on Palm Sunday, April 9. This is the first of three yearly offerings that we take to support the mission program at Christ Community Church. Good Friday Service The Greatest Crime in History: Who Really Killed Jesus? from Pastor James Wychers. The service will be held at Grace Missionary Church (1415 27th St. Zion) at 7:00pm on Friday, April 7. Sponsored by the Zion-Benton Ministerial Association. Communion Help The team is looking for two more people to help out after the service on communion Sundays (once a month) to clean up communion. It usually takes about 30 minutes. Please contact the office if you are able to help. Donations For Youth Group The annual Sr. High Easter Egg Hunt at the Hoover’s home will take place on Sunday, April 23. We are looking for donations of candy, prizes, and/or plastic eggs. They can be dropped off in the church office.

MINESTERIO ESPAÑOL Spanish Worship Service Tonight at 6:00pm in the Chapel we will be having our Spanish worship service. We hope you can join us!
