PARTY! Happy 120th Birthday,
Trinity! Celebrate with us on Sunday,
April 22, 9:30-11:00 am. All are invited
(not just kids) to celebrate Trinity's
birthday by participating in a building-
wide adventure beginning in the
Gathering Space. Several stops along
the way will engage folks in dreaming
about our plans for future expansion
and renovation. This is your chance to
celebrate how far we've come and help us THINK BIG about
our future. Volunteers will be stationed at each stop on the
adventure to explain the vision and help people complete
the activities. Cake, decorations, games, and more will help
us all celebrate this very special day! DO NOT MISS THIS EXTRA-
SPECIAL EVENT!
Children’s books needed – Trinity Tutors are collecting good
used books to give to the second graders at Foose and Scott
schools in Harrisburg, so they’ll have books to read over the
April 5-8, 2018
summer. Look for books at yard sales and library book sales for
some great finds. Bring to the “Read Box” in the gathering
space during April. Last year each child received three books
from you. Thank you in advance for your generosity again this
year.
You can buy fair-trade coffee, tea, and chocolate in the
Gathering Space after services on Sunday.
Discover Trinity
Sunday, May 6, 10:00 am, Library
All are invited to join us for a
single-session gathering where
you will have the opportunity to
tour our facilities, meet some of
our program staff, and discover
where you fit in and how to get
connected on the journey of faith
at Trinity.

Registration is now open for Lutheran
Summer Camps! And remember – All
children who are Trinity members may
receive one scholarship per summer, $100
for a full week of camp and $50 for a half
week of camp (including Family Camp).
Simply enter “Trinity Lutheran Church
Camp Hill” in the box that asks for church
membership, then deduct the appropriate
amount from your total cost. Trinity will be sent an invoice to pay
for the scholarships that are requested.
THE TRINITY CONCERT SERIES will present The American
Composers Choral Festival on Saturday evening, April 14, at
7:30 pm. Two hundred voices will be under the direction of
famed composer, arranger, and pianist Mark Hayes. Tickets
are $10 and available in the church office during business
hours; or send a SASE to the church and we will mail them to
you.
Isaac's Community Night Fundraiser is THIS Wednesday, April 11,
from 10 am – 9 pm. PLEASE note the time change! Now, you can
go for lunch or dinner. For this event, you are invited to dine at
Isaac's in the Lemoyne Plaza. When you pay, turn in a filled-out
"Community Night" flyer with your bill. Isaac's will donate 25% of that
bill to help send our Sr. High YG to the 2018 ELCA National Youth
Gathering in Houston, Texas this coming summer. It's a win-win with
good food and YG support! The "Community Night" flyer is an insert
in today’s Trinity Today, available at our church display in the
Gathering Space, or right outside the YG room on the second floor.
Please spread the word! Pick up several flyers and get them out to
all friends and family. I'll be there most of the nighttime, so if you
forget your flyer, find me and I'll give you a new one. P.S. This works
for take-out orders, too!
