TH Series Mounting Process

1.On PCB land, apply Cream solder. By Mounter, put the parts

2.Reflow 3.Remove adsorption caps

Through hole is changed to threaded hole(M1.0,M1.2,M1.4,M1.7,M2, M2.6, M3). Taping type has adsorption cap for vacuum pick. It needs to be removed after reflow. ■Material: Brass ■Finish: Sn plating over Ni ■Recommended PCB Thickness:1.6t for TH-1.6 Series, 0.8t for TH-0.8 Series■Recommended Metal Mask Thickness:150-200μ
