We’re feeling great with all of Ohio’s recent winners in Lucky for Life™. Ohio celebrated its first $1,000-a-day-for-life top prize with a winning ticket sold at Lakeside Plaza in London. That big win on Feb. 15 followed three $25,000-a-year-for-life prizes sold in Cleveland, Cleveland Heights and Perrysburg these past few months. Help us celebrate these wins and post the news in your store.
There’s another exciting change coming for Lucky for Life too. Quick Spot: A new style of EZPLAY® progressive gamesComing March 20EZPLAY® Quick Spot builds on the popular progressive jackpot-style games offered by the Ohio Lottery, but with a twist. A Quick Spot wager can be purchased for $1, $5 or $10. All wagers made fund the game’s progressive jackpot, which starts at $10,000 and grows from there. Customers win prizes based on the wager made.
It’s Keno-style play. Match “Your Numbers” to any of the 20 circled “Quick Spot Numbers.” Check the prize legend to see how you’ve done. Match 10 numbers and win all or part of the jackpot. There are other prizes too – with seven ways to win.

Hit the jackpot with a $1 wager?Let's say a $1 Quick Spot wager wins a $20,000 max wager jackpot. The player automatically wins 10% of the jackpot, which is $2,000. After that type of win, the jackpot reset includes the $18,000 remaining in the jackpot pool plus the $1,000 base jackpot offered for the $1 Quick Spot play. $20 instant game, $100,000 A Year for Life.
B. Break the Bank winner • January 2016 Peter Anderko of North Royalton won $50,000 playing $20 Break the Bank.
He was excited about his big win.
c. Holiday Bingo winner • January 2016 Kaylee Vermillion of Union Furnace (right) won $50,000 on Holiday Bingo.
While heading for vacation, she purchased an instant ticket at the Columbus airport. When she got back, she discovered she won not $25, but $50,000. She’s going to buy a new car and save the rest of her winnings. Offering her congratulations is sales representative Wendy Moore.
D. Cash Extravaganza winner • February 2016 Nick Dulach of Brook Park went to get a Red Bull at Smith & Snow Shell and
came back with a $250,000 win playing $5 Cash Extravaganza. Now sons Nicholas Jr, Mason, Maximus and Braylan will enjoy a trip with dad to Florida. Nick said he will invest the rest of his winnings. He came with his grandma Marion to make his claim at the Cleveland regional office.
E. Break the Bank winner • February 2016 Michael Brisker of Jackson loves the new Break the Bank instant. He won
a $50,000 prize and said the win is life changing. He is going to pay off his mortgage and redo his 8th grade daughter’s bedroom.
F. Break the Bank winner • February 2016 Jennifer and Tim Frazier of Mansfield went out to get a movie. Jennifer decided
to buy a $20 Break the Bank instant ticket. It ended up being a $500,000 winner. It was a movie night they will never forget.
G. Powerball winners • Feb. 9, 2016 Talk about a great weekend! Tammy Rieger and Maureen Bair of Stow were out
to dinner when they decided to buy a Powerball ticket at On Tap Grille and Bar in Stow. They soon discovered they won $50,000. Tammy says she’s going to put a roof on her house and Maureen is planning for an out-of-town family visit.
