1st Scheme
• Scheme I• Contain Tidal data that has been
corrected by the hour as many as 15 or 29 days (tidal elevation units used are cm). On this scheme determine the mid-observation.
2nd Scheme
• Scheme II• Contains the functions X1, Y1, X2, Y2,
X4, and Y4 are each grouped by the positive sign (+) and negative (-). The magnitude of the positive (+) and negative (-) constants obtained by multiplying the observational data at a given time (Scheme I) with a constant magnitude constituent II Scheme.
