The Climbing Wall, centrally located in the
wellness center, offers a variety of climbing
routes for all skill sets. Kroc certified
instructors provide guidance to attendees,
encouraging them to challenge themselves
and have an unforgettable time.
Rock The Kroc Parties include 1.5 hours
in a party room with 1 hour of climbing
time immediately following. Climbing wall
equipment rental is included in your party
package. Closed toe tennis (or climbing)
shoes required.Climbing wall parties have a max of 10 climbers. A ratio of 1:5 for climbing wall attendant to climbers must be maintained at all times. All climbers must be 7 years of age or older.
Climbing waivers for all children 17 and under must be signed by legal guardians and returned to The Kroc Center at party check-in. Download a climbing waiver at www.kroccda.org/forms
The Cove Pool, complete with a lazy river,
water slide, play water structures and
a family warm water spa, is perfect for
swimmers of all ages. Even the adults will
enjoy swimming or lounging poolside.
A Splash Bash Party includes 1.5 hours in
a party room with 1.5 hours of swim time in
The Cove Pool immediately following.
All pool parties are held during open
public swim time. One adult must be in
the water, within arms reach for every 3
children 6 and under. Water slide requires
riders to be 48” to ride.

General Policies > Each party includes 1.5 hours in a private
party room and 1–1.5 hour of the chosen group activity. Once the group has begun their activity, they will no longer have access to the party room. Set-up is allowed 15 minutes prior to party start time.
> The Kroc Center provides the tables, chairs, refrigerator, sink and counter space. You supply the party materials, including plates, forks, napkins, decorations, party favors, etc. You are welcome to bring your own cake/cupcakes, individually wrapped ice cream treats, enclosed beverages and table cloths. Our catering department will be happy to help with all other food needs.
> Party room must be cleaned up by the end of the scheduled hour and a half. Tacking decorations on the walls or windows is not permitted. Please no glitter or confetti.
> An event attendant will be available to assist you with needs you may have during the party, including room set-up and take down, check-in and check-out.
Booking & Cancellations > To book a party, please fill-out and
return a Party Request Form. Forms are available online at kroccda.org/ parties.html or at the front desk.
> Two week notice is required to book parties and order food. Food count cannot be altered on the day of event. Charges for additional swimmers/climbers will be collected at time of party.
> State sales tax is not included in rates. Sales tax will be added to all party and catering pricing.
> Full payment is required at the time of booking. No cash refunds are given unless the party is cancelled by The Kroc Center. If you cancel the party 7 or more days prior to the booked date, you will receive your full balance on a Kroc Gift Card, minus a $25 booking fee. You may transfer to another party date for a $10 transfer fee. Cancellation/transfer requests made less than 7 days prior to the event date are not eligible for a refund or credit.
